Silver Cloud Inn - Redmond  

Decor was great, rooms were a good size and very clean, breakfast was decent. Location was good for stores and restaurants and easy access to hwy.

Bathroom was a little small

Clean hotel in a good location, just know when booking that this hotel is not located in Downtown Redmond it's the Overlake area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent hot breakfast and afternoon happy hour on Tuesday. Good location.

Somewhat pricey.

the jucuzzi bathtub jetts were very hard to turn on, and the coffee pot did not work.

We were very impressed with the size of the room and the layout of the double sink outside the bathroom was very handy for families with older children. Having a microwave and a small fridge was very convenient which I wished a lot of budget hotels should include. We were very satisfied with the high quality of the fixtures for the price we paid. The bathroom even had a heater light which was very useful during the wintry night we stayed. The location was a bit further out of the city, but with free parking we didn't mind the 20 mins drive. It was our first time staying at Silver Cloud Inn and we will keep this brand in mind next time we travel.

The only dislike would be the breakfast. The hot water was never hot enough as it was from a thermos pot. I joined the membership program but was told I would not be getting anything points because I booked through Booking.com instead of directly.

I stayed at Silver Cloud Inn - Redmond in a king suit for 11 nights and it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly the room was clean and has great location close to restaurants and shops.

Breakfast and the setting was great! The hotel was very quiet. The staff was friend and accomadating. Your pool was a decent size and both my older boys had a lot of fun in it.

The only complaint I have was the treadmills are very hard and hard on the body.

1. I ordered a king-size room with spa bath, but received a huge 2-room suite with the bath for the same price. 2. Free shuttle with 5 mi range (inc. Bellevue) on weekdays. 3. Breakfast with a lot of fruits. 4. Friendly stuff.

One small thing: air conditioner near my bed in some temperature settings was a little bit noisy. Because I am lazy, I just turned it off and used other 2 to keep temperature comfort.

Our room was very clean and nice. The staff was all really friendly and the location was perfect! I'll be staying there again!

The hotel was fine, but felt more like a budget hotel

For $179/night I would expect a nicer situation. I travel a lot and Redmond is certainly not worth that rate.

Hot tub. Breakfast was awesome!

This hotel is amazing. We had a wonderful stay. It was comfortable, extremely clean, and well maintained. The staff was pleasant and friendly, especially the night manager. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone I know traveling up this was.

I love the silver cloud hotel, this is the 4th time I have been there, this time we went with 2 other couples and had a blast! Both the front desk agents were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly! Definately will be back!

We had such a nice stay we came back the next weekend. My children loved the pool, the continental breakfast was good, rooms clean and comfortable and all the staff was friendly. My youngest woke up during the middle of the night with an ear infection and we needed to take her to the er and when asking staff directions she immediatly map quested and printed us directions . a very relazing hotel. Great value.

My kid enjoy the pool the most they had a wonderful time

There were humming noise from the outside of our window that kept my wife awake,but but kid were tired and slept like a log because they enjoyed playing in the pool.
