The employees were pleasant and the breakfast was delicious!
I honestly can't think of anything
Loved the comfort, cleanliness, amenities, and close proximity of restaurants and shopping. Great place for an urban retreat.
sound like knock during sleep
The room was awesome! The staff was great!!
There was a miscommunication with Booking.com and we ended up being charged for 2 nights instead of 1. The manager refused to give us a refund but booking.com made up for the hotel's mistake.
I was traveling with my young daughter. Our room was clean, and our housekeeper must be a mom. She arranged my little ones stuffed animals adorably when making the bed.
The sheets and pillows had a strong perfume like smell. Another young family was staying at the hotel. Their children were ridiculously noisy in the halls, around housekeeping, and in general. They were loud enough to merit intervention from hotel staff, but there was none.
Local lunch and dinner establishments are within walking distance, weather permitting.
Somewhat limited seating at breakfast. We passed the area several different days, at different times, and found guests standing for breakfast. NOTE: We were early risers and did not experience the crowded condition.
The pool was nice and the little "kitchen" and LARGE TV were awesome. Comfy bed. Large room. Nice breakfast and common areas.
The spa heater was broken. The fire alarm in my room went off while I was showering ... the steam maybe? It turned off shortly after I closed the bathroom door. Very stressful when covered with soap. Coffee not great.
Quite place Shuttle service Breakfast Restaurants around Staff friendliness
The check-in person was friendly and courteous & the check-in process was very easy. Our room was very clean and the maid staff worked around our schedule to clean the room. Location is close to restaurants and shopping.
Breakfast was a little skimpy for a glutten free diet, but at least they had some things to eat.
The location was somewhat distant from Seattle downtown, which is where most of my business meetings were.
comfort, good environments(shops,restaurants)
Room very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great.
Except for the complimentary breakfast, there was no food in the building and nothing nearby to walk to.
Everything---quiet, relaxing, clean, affordable! The breakfast gets a 10!
What's not to like?
I was not familiar with the area. The receptionists at the front desk were very helpful in providing maps and driving directions to my destination. Really enjoyed my stay.
Lots to do around the hotel and not too far from downtown Bellevue and Seattle. The bed was comfortable and I liked that there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. It was nice to have a free newspaper hanging on my door every morning and the TV was nice, big flat screen.
The bathroom was a little small. I didn’t like that the sink and vanity were outside of the bathroom, and located in the immediately upon entering the room.
I liked the upscale look and decor, as well as the buffet style breakfast set up. I like the 12pm check out.
I did not like that there is not one single vending machine in the hotel. They have a kitcen and serve inhouse breakfast but can not even make you a sandwich. The staff is very serious and does not smile. They wont even say "Can I help you" unless you go up to them and say something. The showers suck. (I understand they need to save water but I end up taking a one hour shower instead of my normal 10 minute one) Same amount of water. Beds were just OK for a 3 star hotel. I thought the price was a bit high but since there are limited hotels in Redmond they pack out. So most hotels will jack up their prices. Concidering it is usually one of the only hotels other then extenda stay. that has rooms available on a friday night. I guess it could be worse.. Also if you could cook your suasages a little longer and brown them just a little that would be nice. (Didnt you use to also have bacon?) Ive stayed in worse 3 star hotels that cost more. So my complaints are just on things I think they should work on. They can start by having some vending machines. There is a 24 hour Safeway down the street, but it would still be nice to not leave the hotel if I dont have to.
Very good location. There are plenty of affordable eating places within walking distance. If you want to explore further, a convenient B-Line metro bus is running between Redmond and Bellevue downtown.
Staff was friendly except for the breakfast staff - did not even get a smile.
We had fake scrambled eggs and sausages 5 days out of 6 days. The linens were starting to wore out, the bed linens were not crisp and white. They were turning grey in colour. The hair dryer was not working properly. Our suite was clean but needs to be updated with fresh paint.
It was a nice stay in Silver Clound Inn. The location is very convenient. Room is very clean.
Quiet in a great spot. Has everything you need with big rooms.
Above the average on room size and decor
sofa bed uncomfortable, no roll-away bed available
Only there one night but it was convenient, comfortable and staff was great.
Free continental breakfast included.
