I was very happy with the staff at the Silver Cloud. Very helpful and always seemed to be in a good mood.
I would have liked a bit more equipment in the fitness room.
Nice staff and clean place
Expensive for how outdated the hotel was.
The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. The free WiFi throughout the whole hotel was perfect for being able to keep in contact with family back home.
The staff was very helpful after I locked my keys in my car. They have great breakfast choices and ample room in the dining room
Heater air conditioner fan was very noisy and vibrated off and on all night. Toaster in such a place that no one can get to the hot dishes while people stand around the toaster, backing everyone up
Too expensive relatively old facilities
Located in a nice location removed from the downtown core but easily reachable by car. Good breakfast room and food. Nice pool for kids. Good value for money.
We liked the location, cleanliness and breakfast. Will definitely choose them again.
Beds were amazing and so close to stadium!
I liked the location, it's very quite. The check in was very quick.the hotel lot is very big
I didn't like the breakfast.. And the bed wasn't comfortable.
The room was fine
Inconsistent messages and directions given by front desk staff for bussing and walking routes. Extremely frustrating. Shuttle late and was taking people that didn't reserve making those who did reserve late for their bus connections
Location was great. Easy drive to Safeco field.
The breakfast had very little options for gluten free. Yogurt and bananas was about it. Even some hash browns would have helped.
We were in Seattle for a class reunion. The Silver Cloud was a great place to stay. Comfortable and quiet.
Big and spacious room. Good location to the University Village.
Price went up!
loved the free parking, the free breakfast, and the free Tuesday evening guest reception, kids loved the pool, easy walk to University Village with great shopping and kids play area
the pool could have been a bit warmer but it was ok once you acclimated to it, my husband did not like the bed and said it was uncomfortable...but with a 3 and 5 year old playing musical-beds all night nobody could really sleep!
Location Clean Had the amenities we needed
Breakfast was low quality.
Very friendly staff
I am European. For me the breakfast room was too cold.
Breakfast was great, good choices offered. Liked the fact that there was a small picnic area with a grill even-though we did not use it. Was nice to get the local newspaper.
Was difficult to spot the entrance to the establishment as we got closer to the facility due to the the trees obscuring the view.
Location and staff friendliness. The local van was most helpful.
Breakfast was mediocre.
Comfortable room, spacious eating area for breakfast. There was a nice variety of choices for the included breakfast. We had a lovely dinner across the street at Mamma Melina - show your room card for a complimentary appetizer.
No complaints - everything was great.
The bed was comfortable.
The fluorescent lighting in the pool area made me feel like a hideous swap thing. There were a bunch of unsupervised children screaming their heads off as well, and although the staff noticed, they did not intervene. Also, the breakfast was just pathetic. Dirty tables, sad powdered eggs, stale muffins, green bananas. Yuck!
The room is big and the complimentary services are pretty fine (shuttle, WiFi, parking)
The walls and ceillings are thin enough to listen all things happening in the rooms above and at the sides. The hotel is a bit overpriced from my perspective. The breakfast was all the week just the same (eggs and sausages)...
Nice breakfast room. Location near UW and shopping.
Pretty expensive but you get what you pay for.
REALLY GREAT! Honestly, we had a very nice stay....Rooms were nice and clean and for the value a very nice breakfast in the morning...not just toast and coffee...they had everything!! And in the evenings you were offered complementary wine& beer and appetizers! Staff was very nice and helpful! Nice indoor pool&hot tub! We will be back!!!t
Only little downfall...beds were not as firm as I perfer....a little "shakey" when your sleeping partner turns over:)
