Clean hotel and courteous staff. Room comfortable and didn't hear noise from the halls or rooms next door. Comfortable beds and nice deep tub.
Room service was OK at best! We didn't get silverware and they got our drink order wrong. By the time we received silverware our meal was cold. They said they would remove items from our check, but it did not happen.
How close the stadium was!!
Hungover the next day LOL all worth it!!
What a wonderful & helpful staff.
Very quiet in the room. Great location for any Seattle trip. Close to the sport venues and downtown. Easy access to the freeways.
The room on the floor that we requested wast quite ready when we got in, but the hotel was very accommodating in getting us into a room that was ready.
The room, service and price was superb. There are some terrific restaurants in Pioneer Square. Proximity to the game venues is excellent.
The potential of SOHO developing into a strong tourist district is favorable...however, it isnt there yet. Pioneer Square is nearby but you have to walk 4-5 blocks through an iffy area. We didn't have any trouble but as a woman, I was glad to be walking with my husband who is large and strong. I would not recommend a woman walking alone in this area at night.
Service and bar area
Need more beers for outsiders.
Everything about my stay was wonderful. Staff was very attentive, friendly, efficient and helpful. Lobby, room furnishing and restaurant were well appointed and tasteful. On site restaurant was very convenient with both good service and food. Free shuttle service was fantastic!
Very friendly staff. Jimmy's is a real highlight here too. Felt upscale, but not pretentious. Good location, and the shuttle option is nice.
Cost of valet a little on the high side, relative to other hotels. Even relative to hotels directly downtown.
Shuttle anytime to many areas around the city. We had a very early train reservation and even though they didnt provide shuttle service that early, the driver was there and gladly gave us a lift anyway. Upgraded room to a suite. Loved our short stay! Will definitely stay again
The friendliness of the staff The convenient position of the hotel The very comfortable bed
Location, location, location! Great place for game weekend. The hotel provides a free shuttle to any downtown location and will pick you up when you're done. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely appeared to like working there and having a full house. The hotel is well laid out, nice rooms and has an excellent sports bar and restaurant.
I do not have anything negative to say about the Silver Cloud Seattle Stadium.
Shuttle service Friendly staff Close to downtown Seattle Clean room
Valets required to park car
First and foremost the proximity to the stadium. Also, the friendliest staff (especially upon booking the room)
great location to football and baseball stadiums
The extra large King size bed was great for two weary travelers who hadn't seen a bed for 24 plus hours.
Being told that valet was $12 for the night but really it was $24.
Location was great, staff was accommodating and friendly.
Very expensive and too much furniture in the room made it feel cramped. Cleaning staff didn't really clean the rooms when they came.
The location is great the pool on the roof is nice, I didnt use it but it was nice,
The 15.6 percent Room tax not included so when you make reservation online know that this is not included in your bill yet. When I made the reservations for the 2 day weekend trip it was $618 after the taxes and parking is was $776 In addition to that when i checked out my final bill I was charged $932. I called and was told this is standard practice they charge for in case of any damage or and incedentals and the extra would fall off my Card in the next few days. Overall a little pricey for a hotel that is not a 5 star hotel .
We had checked in a little early and our room wasn't ready but the rest of our group room was not a big deal we went shopping until three when check in was We had asked for a view and to be on the same floor that is not what we got we got a small room on the 9 th floor next to the pool and the rest of our party was on the 5th When I went back down they said they would get it figured out and call the maids to clean the room An hour in a half go byes it is now 430 and we had to meet our family for dinner in tukwila at 530 Didn't have time to relax or freshen up after a long drive Was very disappointed we stay with silvercloud all the time and never once have had a bad experience Staff was very helpful but when it came to speak to the manager on duty was very rude
Location great for connecting with Amtrak and Link light rail, if you can walk fifteen minutes. Right between Mariners and Seahawk staduims.
Nice hotel for business travel, especially the restaurant.
Hotel and staff were great.
It was a little noisy due to the closeness of the railroad tracks. Maybe get a room on the back side of the building.
We had a very difficult time finding a hotel for our trip to Seattle. Every thing seemed to be booked. Finally through Booking.com we found the Silver Cloud-Stadium. At first we were a little disappointed in the location but then found out the hotel has a van service to drop off and pick up at designated locations. We never had to take the car out of the garage. Had a great time in the pub the night both the Mariners and the Sounders won. Just a really fun time. The staff was great, room was great and can't wait to go back.
