Location was great, staff was accommodating and friendly.
Very expensive and too much furniture in the room made it feel cramped. Cleaning staff didn't really clean the rooms when they came.
The location is great the pool on the roof is nice, I didnt use it but it was nice,
The 15.6 percent Room tax not included so when you make reservation online know that this is not included in your bill yet. When I made the reservations for the 2 day weekend trip it was $618 after the taxes and parking is was $776 In addition to that when i checked out my final bill I was charged $932. I called and was told this is standard practice they charge for in case of any damage or and incedentals and the extra would fall off my Card in the next few days. Overall a little pricey for a hotel that is not a 5 star hotel .
We had checked in a little early and our room wasn't ready but the rest of our group room was not a big deal we went shopping until three when check in was We had asked for a view and to be on the same floor that is not what we got we got a small room on the 9 th floor next to the pool and the rest of our party was on the 5th When I went back down they said they would get it figured out and call the maids to clean the room An hour in a half go byes it is now 430 and we had to meet our family for dinner in tukwila at 530 Didn't have time to relax or freshen up after a long drive Was very disappointed we stay with silvercloud all the time and never once have had a bad experience Staff was very helpful but when it came to speak to the manager on duty was very rude
Location great for connecting with Amtrak and Link light rail, if you can walk fifteen minutes. Right between Mariners and Seahawk staduims.
Nice hotel for business travel, especially the restaurant.
Hotel and staff were great.
It was a little noisy due to the closeness of the railroad tracks. Maybe get a room on the back side of the building.
We had a very difficult time finding a hotel for our trip to Seattle. Every thing seemed to be booked. Finally through Booking.com we found the Silver Cloud-Stadium. At first we were a little disappointed in the location but then found out the hotel has a van service to drop off and pick up at designated locations. We never had to take the car out of the garage. Had a great time in the pub the night both the Mariners and the Sounders won. Just a really fun time. The staff was great, room was great and can't wait to go back.
From Canada to see some ball for the weekend and found the location is great. No need for taxi's to and from games. If you want to venture out. What is a great thing is the free shuttle service around downtown.
Probably the biggest shock was the cost of room service. Both to the room and pool deck. I do understand that we are paying for a service, However over $60 for 6 drinks( small cups) to the pool was excessive. Although not the hotels issue but the last night seemed like the Amtak train yard was working overtime...
Staff helpfulness - nothing was too much trouble. Valet parking team was particularly good. Hot tub overlooking Seattle was fun. Jimmy's restaurant was excellent.
Location is good but a bit of a walk from the public transport system into the city centre.
Each and every person went above and beyond to be polite, friendly and helpful. We have been travelling the world for nearly a year, and the staff at the Silver Cloud Hotel in Seatle stood head and shoulders over any other hotel we've stayed in on our trip.
Great location for attending a baseball game.
disappointed that there wasn't an airport shuttle
the room was great with excellent view of safeco and century link field. rooftop pool and spa were great. bell service was awesome! shuttle was super fast and friendly. beds were comfy - even hideabed.
kids in the pool / spa
Complimentary shuttle service and puntuality.
Nothing to dislike. Would come again.
Excellent location Shuttle handy
It was a little pricey
Location to Safeco Field and Century Link Stadium; access to the city via the hotel shuttle (drivers are fantastic!)
Pillows are too soft and tiny; towels are small and few; could use more hooks to hang towels/clothes/etc.
Ease of access to centurylink and safeco field was the reason we chose this hotel. Worth every penny! After the game, staff even assisted with getting everyone on the elevators at 11:30pm with a smile. Breakfast expensive but delicious. Bring your swim suit in the summer for the cool roof top pool.
Very accommodating .
Upgraded us from a standard king to a king suite - which was cool as we looked right out at Safeco field. Room was awesome and quiet, very little street noise and bed was very comfy. Staff was awesome, helpful. We literally walked across the street to go to a Mariner's game - no traffic or parking hassles. Easy walking distance to Pike's Place Market and else where and they offered a shuttle if you didn't want to walk.
The food at Jimmy's
Great location right adjacent to the stadiums. New looking, fresh, clean, comfortable. Friendly staff. Leave your car and let the shuttle take you around.
A bit pricey.
The coziness of the room.
How one of the light bulbs on the bathroom mirror was right in the middle.
Location. Comfort. Staff. Restaurant. Location is perfect for Mariners or Seahawks game. Not so close to downtown but shuttle service available.close to Art Wolf Gallery.
Location was excellent. Room was comfortable. Shuttle service to tourist areas like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle was a nice touch.
Location of room could have been better. Room was pricey and parking was quite high. Taxes made what looked like a fair deal, over the top adding $70 plus dollars to the cost of the room.
