location. very friendly staff. rooftop pool

price. menu in restaurant could have a few normal choices...nachos...green salad taco salad. chicken strips. quicker foods for before a game get to gether. would be nice to have a mini bar up on the roof for beer and win and maybe a margarita machine

The beautiful pool and hot tub situated on the 9th floor overlooking the Sound and mountains.

We traveled to Seattle to see a baseball game. The location was incredible. The hotel was what I have come to expect from Silver Cloud hotels. We have stayed at the Silver Cloud, University District, numerous times, many times under less than ideal circumstances. Your people are always professional, helpful, and gracious.

The price for a night was a bit high, but it is consistent with other similar facilities in Seattle.

Decently priced, comfortable, clean.

The Room great and had a beautiful view. Bar had great drink and friendley staff.

I liked the proximity to the stadiums, I watched an M's night game and was able to walk right to my room afterwards

Clean rooms and close to the Stadiums.

One of the reasons I chose to stay at the Silvercloud was for their pool and hot tub, however when I was booking the room I was not told it was going to be closed for the weekend for monthly maintenance. In my opinion it would have made more sense to close it during the week and/or to have communicated with the guest about the closure while I was making the reservation. It was irritating to hear it was closed upon check in, especially since I was really looking forward to using the pool and hot tub.

Loved the location and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable! The hotel staff was really great and very friendly!

Location perfect for sporting events and easy walk to downtown districts etc.

The service was excellent. We came to go to the Mariners game abd the location was great. Would definitely stay again and recommendoto my friends and family.

Love the location right near Safeco Field and the football stadium. Also easy walking distance to King St Station. Yes the hotel is in a business district but that works for us! We love Jimmy's restaurant as it has good food at reasonable prices. The staff there were lovely. Unfortunately the pool and spa were being retiled so we could not use them, but have on previous visits. The reception staff-especially Kera were fantastic as was the shuttle driver who took us to the Space Needle and the light rail station.

Was noisy from the traffic and trains. We had a corner suite and really noticed the noise. Last times we have stayed here we had an internal room which seemed to block most of the traffic noise.

This hotel was very clean with comfortable beds. It was also very quiet considering it is located in a busy area.

Great staff (everybody - including restaurant and bar). Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location.

it we could not use it facilities like pool and jacuzzi because it was small and always has no space for more people to use. we tried for several times but we could not use it.

Staff was great, valet parking is a dream compared to finding parking downtown, location to the stadiums is excellent. Room was surprisingly huge

The location was fantastic for attending a show at the Seahawk Exhibition Center. The rooms were very comfy and the staff was incredibly helpful. Also liked having a good restaurant/bar on the bottom floor. Exercise room had free weights which is a bonus.

Everyone was fantastic - this Hotel did not miss a beat. They even upgraded my room - all around 110% positive experience. When I can I will alsways stay there -

The great staff and the great location that allowed me to park the car (valet parking) and walk across the street to the boat show and then across the street the other way to meet with friends after the boat show.

The heat/air system seemed on the blink and the room temp changed many times through out the night. I was either pulling covers on or pulling them off all night. That is my only complaint but it is a serious one.

the room is very comfortable,especially the pillows and the comfort are soft for sleeping.This hotel is a little far away from downtown, but they provide free shuttle bus service, it's much more convenient to get in and out, which shows the hotel thinks a lot about their service.

Hotel is fine all round but I think it's convenient only to watch a game of football or baseball but as a tourist to Seattle your a bit too far from those attractions

Love the hot tub on the roof with the beautiful view...great room with fridge and microwave. Awesome location!

The restaurant's kitchen needs to do a better job.

The hotel was right across the street from The baseball stadium and football stadium but still had a view of the bay - space needle and downtown skyline.

location to rial came from eastern wa on train s/c was a great experiance had alot of fun, being game weekend i beleivewas a little pricy, jimmys was fun will be back.
