Bartenders at bar near the sportsbook were great (especially Phil and Freddy)
Dealers were unfriendly at times and pit bosses were worse. Would not gamble at tables there again.
Location is convenient, easy to get to the Strip. Price was very reasonable. Easy parking access to the room.
Hotel attracted a lot of less than desirable people. Walking in the hallway could smell marijuana smoke. Casino was very smoky with cigarettes, no filtration of the air at all.
Everything was good
Everything good thanks
The price was great. Plenty of parking. Reasonable breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Easy to get to.
Hotel is in the flight path of the airport. Planes taking off drowned out the TV and woke me up several times through the night.
Good customer service
I was put in a non-smoking tower room and not the smoking premium room like I requested when i booked it
Bad smell in hall and room
Bedding had odd stains and cigarette burns. Staff was quick to fix, but should have been noticed prior to guest checkin!
The location was the best. The buffet & restaurant were great. The front desk service was good.
The internet was too slow to stream without buffering. There was hair all over the bathroom. A broken toilet seat had not been reported by room service.
The location is OK.
It is close to the airport, so you can hear the planes very loud.
2 huge beds, huge room.
The room smelled like ashtray, it was disgusting. The air conditioning installation must be poorly installed and the cigarette smell is heavily entering the room in the bathroom. It was really bad.

the television selection sucked
A few staff was friendly and welcome
Got ill most of my time because one staff gave me dirty drink and i got notorious vomiting and end up at thhe emergency room after that i developed a fever now im home back in new York still sick swollen face horrible stay but ill be back in vegas
The bed was comfortable and the room newly remodeled. Some staff members were really nice and helpful. It was close to Desert Springs Hospital and I got a great price from Booking.com
I'm not a smoker so I'm not crazy about casinos. I got a great deal on the room so I put up with it and tried to use the back entrance away from the smoke.
The location of the property was excellent, an easy drive to the strip and close to where we wanted to be. Once we found our room it was convenient to parking which was great. I tried The Sterling Spoon for breakfast and found good food and reasonable prices.
The hotel was clearly dated. Our room was non-smoking but must have been converted from a smoking room at some point because you could still smell it when you walked in. The water pressure of the shower was horrible and the TV channel selection was mediocre (but who goes to Vegas to watch TV right?) I went to the casino both mornings of our stay and it smelled like it was on fire (not just cigarette smoking but, literally, that something was actively burning).
Value, free shuttle, buffet
location is a bit far from the stip
We certainly got our $40 worth. Good room, decent food, good facilities. Got really lucky and won $5 off food, not usual we were informed. Breakfast prices were good and had some good priced specials for lunch and dinner.
Staff are trying to be nice, but are obviously over worked and under paid, they are all depressed, especially the servers, the food mediocre . Buffet has a small selection. Good for $10, but no flavor. All shrimp and clam products were old on the shrimp buffet. Shower was warm and not very strong. No free WiFi. Soap for shower was a exfoliating type that was so rough it scratched my skin, sink soap was fine.
Quite along walk to the strip. Having to walk through the smoke filled casino to find eventually the reception desk.
The recent remodeling is a big improvement over my last stay when it was called Terrible's. Rooms are much nicer, beds are more comfortable, and there are a lot of new slot machines I haven't seen elsewhere. People like to play there.
On the morning of Sunday December 28, 2014 there was a power failure at 8 am that affected most of my room. Only one lamp worked, the phone didn't work, and I had no heat. It lasted over an hour. It got real cold in the room. I should get a rebate.
Jacuzzi, windows can be opened in the upper floor rooms for fresh air, good value at restaurant
Value. We have been staying at this hotel for years. It's clean and comfortable. Nice staff.
Neighbors beneath me were flooded when I was taking a shower.
My first time at Siver Sevens. The perfect size hotel in my opinion.... good rate , and clean , comfortable rooms. 2 casino rooms.. a bar with live entertainment, gift shop and convenience store. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. If i return to the area in the future, the Silver Sevens Hotel and Casino will be where i will stay. I recommend it highly.
This place felt like a mediocre motel and a home to homeless. Bad smell and bad crowd. The elevator jammed quite often and the restrooms in the hotel smell worse than a dumpster. Avoid this god forsaken place.
Room was clean, very comfortable bed
really thin walls and noise from the hall ways was bad
