I win in the casino
All the other things
I LIKE EVERYTHING
close to Thomas and mack arena.
slots weren't loose.
Very close to UNLV; also close to strip. Neighborhood is OK.
It's a casino... so it's gross. Smokey, filled with blinking lights.
room and bed were clean staff in the gift shop were very helpful
I felt the hotel was a bit dirty most of the staff were rather unfriendly
Restaurant meals and prices were of good value. Good location if you're not into the strip.
They need to work on customer service skills for most staff; front desk and gift shop staff good service. Elevator horrible...fix it. Overall cleanliness is lacking.
Rooms were nice
The old man at the check in was rude, took 30 min to check us in and then didn't give us the right room. Got food poisoning from the restaurant in the casino.
Good location - close to strip Reasonable rates
Resort fee - doesn't really get you much
Food was good insight
Elevator was too slow
The Buffet is excellent even the price is fair enough.
The resort's fee charge should be part of the Room Charges.
did not get good wi-fi
The price Early checking even if not planned Very friendly staff
The pool was full of palm trees debris
Shuttle to airport and backs
The rooms need up dated in a worst way.
Cleanliness and friendliness of staff
Long wait at registration desk at any time of day
it had an airport shuttle buffet dinner was outstanding with lots of variety
woke up stiff but not sure if it was because of traveling or the bed
Location was good not to far walking to strip aprox 15 mins :: bus stops not too far away one outside hotel other way about 3/4 mins walk $5 24 hours pass but more for strip ;; food was good : towels change everyday not far from big stores Macy's sears J c Pennines etc
Asking for coffee tokens everyday sometimes very busy at reception ;; paying all extra taxes resort tax an room tax etc
You get what you pay for. The hotel reeked of room refreshener to cover the stink of smoke. I felt a little unsafe when walking to my room alone. The hotel had basic TV channels, no cable.
Off the strip, but not too far.
Bathtub was small, and no taxis at the hotel. When we asked for a taxi, it took a while for one to get there.
stering café,food is excellent, service is the worst in las vegas
The Sterling Spoon Cafe was amazing. The food, the price, the quality snd quantity! The prime rib buffet was also well worth every penny!
The constant smell of smoke everywhere I went. Even in my smoke free room!
water drip in tub needs fix, could fill tub in eight hours, big waste, room 3046,
The food is cheap and great! There's a mini mart inside with everything you need. Only a $10 cab ride to the strip.
Bad experience with room service worker. My husband and I ordered a huge breakfast. When we received it my husbands omelet was missing.. After the women left to get it I noticed she had forgotten his orange juice. I told her this when she returned & she called me a liar and quickly ran off! So unprofessional! I asked if she wanted to look in my room but she kept walking muttering under her breath. How do u forgot what u brought us 15 minutes ago? I'm not trying to steal a $2.99 orange juice. The manager was nice enough to comp our meal but I didn't ask for that. I was more upset with the worker and her horrible manners
Room updated more than the hotel itself bed was comfortable
The elevators are old and slow. There is no access to the rooms on floor 2 or 3 by stairs. All stairwells i could find were on the outside of the building with no access from outside
Clean and comfortable room. Great value for the money. I was given an upgraded room.
This Hotel & Casino has a good location in relation to the Strip. You can reach it on foot (about 1.5km, 20min) and you will be in the middle of the Strip, so then is good to go on on one side, and then go back using monotrail. Prices excluding weekends are nice, the bed and room size OK. There is also included a nice pool with jacuzzi with free entry for hotel guests!
OK, everything seems nice, but there is two things, which i have to share. First - this hotel is old, so do not expect who knows what for the price. Hallways and lifts are very old, ugly to look at it. If you have bad luck, you can get a room towards to the busy street on the sunny side, so the view from the window is out of question. And with even more bad luck - like I was, you could have a room with a window to the wall, which is above the bus station. But OK, it's just there to sleep, right? Up here you can even think about accommodation. But why the worst experience? Hotel a credit card takes a "temporary" deposit (probably because of the damage caused, but who knows). This deposit is to be returned after the check out process. This did not happen in my case! I wrote a complaint to the hotel, but there is no response even after 14 days! So I have to solve this issue with my bank. For this reason, avoid this hotel!!!
