Air conditioner did not work
nice location and free parking very close to the Las vegas BLV
very very noisy in the morning i couldn't sleep because they were fixing something and you can hear every one out side the room door the phone wasn't working to call the reception they don't have any flexibility when it come to leave the room it have to be 11Am most of the other hotel give u chance till 1 pm . especially when we checked in 1 am
Our room was actually pretty nice and was clean enough to to pass my 'sniff' test. It was spacious and comfortable.
Didn't like walking through the casino to check in but wasn't a big deal. pardon the pun, lol.
Friendly staff. Location very handy to the strip.
I got the impression they were short housekeeping staff. On one day, they didn't arrive to make up the room until 6:00 pm when I was in the shower preparing for an evening out.
I had a few bad-kinks during registration (reservations made months earlier). Once Mgr. Cole C. was involved everything turned out perfect. He said he would call me back directly and take care of the problems - he certainly did. Excellent service Mr. Cole C.
Operator is front line support (via telephone), but did not assist in the least possible. I've never had an operator give orders and get louder and louder. This was awful.
Buffet and cafe are good. Servers are very nice.
Wi Fi is not free. we paid a fee. Bathroom is very small. Paint is peeling off wall in bathroom. Bathtub is slippery. I had to put down a towel in the bathtub.
Price, beds, wifi
Windows could not open, shower is bad.
I was glad to know that security was on point. The airport shuttle service has excellent drivers. I needed a pharmacy and CVS is one long, but doable block away. I loved the helpfulness of two young ladies at the Front desk, Thanks.
I wish my room wasn't facing a parking lot, especially since I asked for a view of the strip. The person who checked me in lied and said there were no such rooms. The channel options on television sucked. What was the point of advertising a shuttle to the strip when it hardly goes there. I saw "no smoking" signs but inhaled at least a pack per day. The hot tub kept shutting itself off. Thanks to the guys for trying.
Everything was great enjoyed the stay
A few times I had go thru the stairs elevator wasn't working
THE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STAFF. THEY ALWAYS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE OF ASSISTANCE OR MAKE MY STAY MORE COMFORTABLE.
Good location, Resonable cost, Small casino, 24hrs inside store,
Hard to get cabs, Stinky room, Useless Wi-Fi
Comfortable, well located within long walking distance of the strip if you go by way of Flamingo Blvd - past a Starbucks coffee if needed, older hotel that has updated the room to be currently comfortable. Only 3 stories tall so easily negotiated.
My shower head had issues with poor water pressure and warmth compared to the faucet head, but upon checking out, staff seemed to be genuinely interested in having it addressed before next guest stayed in the room. First floor rooms are smoking rooms and just passing through their hallways to leave building made my clothing stinky.
Great not having to valet the car. Room was updated and very clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Great value. Stayed 3 nights over the weekend and cost me about 120.00 which included resort fee.
Nothing local hotel
Shower and bath tub in poor condition
Having a buffet right there
Walking distance of Atomic Test Museum. Close to Las Vegas Strip. Friendly staff. Non smoking rooms.
I like the beds and the air conditioning.
We asked for a non smoking room and received one that stunk so bad of cigarettes. We had to request a new room on the 3rd floor. Our bathroom had bad paint on the walls and a smell of mildew or mold.
reservation desk staff were friendly and helpful; room was very clean and everything worked; it was very quiet; could use some updating, but on the whole it served our purpose
The pool view was really nice, I stayed during the week, it was quiet..!!
The casino area wasn't smoke free, and charging a resort fee without all the amenities, the spa is only during the summer months.
I like the rooms and the location.
I didn't like the casino due to smoking was too thick and when walking to your room to get to elevator; your clothes smell like smoke. Not good at all.
The rooms are nicely done, very clean, comfortable beds and the director & manager have great customer service. I would recommend a tower room, they are quiet and beautifully done.
I had a huge problem with the older gentleman during my late night check in, frankly I've never been treated so poorly at a hotel, let alone in Vegas! He had me in tears. After dealing with him, I felt with Daniel. Daniel was great! He made me stop crying and made the wrongs right. The next morning the director of the hotel contacted me. Mr.Todd was perfect! His customer service was superb. The next morning they had roofers working at 8am, it woke us up and prevented us from going back to sleep. I called the front desk 5 times, I talked to Bianca every time, I was greeted with an attitude and the final response of "there is nothing I can do." After my final call with Bianca I was in tears again out of frustration. We got a call to the room from management. They moved us to another room, gave us a late check out and comped my 2 day stay. This hotel did a wonderful job making things right but it could have been avoided easily. I don't think I will be returning but I do appreciate upper management and think they are doing a great job. They just need better employees.
Room service is extremely slow, shuttle busses need to run more often
The location and everything
Late night counter very cordial ( left hotel at 4:00 am for flight) Had a prime rib for dinner nice size, cooked correctly
Distance from front desk to elevator quite a walk carrying luggage Jim Tallahassee
