Didn't Feel Safe Being Alone At The Casino. My ChestHurt From The Smell Of Cigarettes. The Hotel Was Stuffy And Smells
Close to everything without all the hussle-bussel of the strip. Nice clean casino. Good food. Comfortable, clean room.
Too much going on at service desk - checking in, checking out and applying for player cards all at the same place. When busy, this makes the wait time way too long, especially when some have concerns. Should have Players Club separate from check-in, check-out.
Close to the Strip, luxury room.
Some staff at reception could not hear me.
Checking out a gal named Brenda I believe had no idea what the charges on my card meant and couldn't explain what was what. Being a former employee at a hotel it's their duty to be able to explain what and why things were charged. She started giving me cash back and I had no idea why. She couldn't explain which was irritating.
WiFi didn't work
Good housekeeper service.
Express checkout exists in name only. Extra staff should be on hand 1100-1200 to handle checkout crowd.
Rooms are clean and internet worked fine. Cleaning staff professional and capable.
Ventilation to/from main entrance elevators terrible. Smoke filled and difficult to not smell terrible and breath. Unlike many other casinos in Vegas.
No need to pay more expensive hotels in Vegas.
I paid a couple of jacksons when I stayed and it was excellent value for the money, not motel class at all. Buffet breakfast was inexpensive downstairs and parking was plentiful. Best of all minimal amenities fee. I was gonna book another night but the cost jumped to more than a benjamin, so I bailed.
A homeless guy approached us out of the blue while getting our stuff out. Scary! Lighting was sparse and no security around the parking lot. I did not see anyone around and I could have been robbed and no one would have noticed.
Bartenders at bar near the sportsbook were great (especially Phil and Freddy)
Dealers were unfriendly at times and pit bosses were worse. Would not gamble at tables there again.
Location is convenient, easy to get to the Strip. Price was very reasonable. Easy parking access to the room.
Hotel attracted a lot of less than desirable people. Walking in the hallway could smell marijuana smoke. Casino was very smoky with cigarettes, no filtration of the air at all.
Everything was good
Everything good thanks
The price was great. Plenty of parking. Reasonable breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Easy to get to.
Hotel is in the flight path of the airport. Planes taking off drowned out the TV and woke me up several times through the night.
Good customer service
I was put in a non-smoking tower room and not the smoking premium room like I requested when i booked it
Bad smell in hall and room
Bedding had odd stains and cigarette burns. Staff was quick to fix, but should have been noticed prior to guest checkin!
The location was the best. The buffet & restaurant were great. The front desk service was good.
The internet was too slow to stream without buffering. There was hair all over the bathroom. A broken toilet seat had not been reported by room service.
The location is OK.
It is close to the airport, so you can hear the planes very loud.
2 huge beds, huge room.
The room smelled like ashtray, it was disgusting. The air conditioning installation must be poorly installed and the cigarette smell is heavily entering the room in the bathroom. It was really bad.

the television selection sucked
A few staff was friendly and welcome
Got ill most of my time because one staff gave me dirty drink and i got notorious vomiting and end up at thhe emergency room after that i developed a fever now im home back in new York still sick swollen face horrible stay but ill be back in vegas
The bed was comfortable and the room newly remodeled. Some staff members were really nice and helpful. It was close to Desert Springs Hospital and I got a great price from Booking.com
I'm not a smoker so I'm not crazy about casinos. I got a great deal on the room so I put up with it and tried to use the back entrance away from the smoke.
The location of the property was excellent, an easy drive to the strip and close to where we wanted to be. Once we found our room it was convenient to parking which was great. I tried The Sterling Spoon for breakfast and found good food and reasonable prices.
The hotel was clearly dated. Our room was non-smoking but must have been converted from a smoking room at some point because you could still smell it when you walked in. The water pressure of the shower was horrible and the TV channel selection was mediocre (but who goes to Vegas to watch TV right?) I went to the casino both mornings of our stay and it smelled like it was on fire (not just cigarette smoking but, literally, that something was actively burning).
Value, free shuttle, buffet
location is a bit far from the stip
