Bed, finishes view and deck
Poor water pressure and being on the 4th floor even in winter was very hot. Slept with slider open but then heard traffic and delivery trucks
*shuttle bus availability *ability to get from front desk to rooms in building 2 *need to walk to slopes uphill or wait for shuttle *housekeeping was at my room two times as the lifts closed and I arrived back to room *murphy bed down left almost no space in room
The room was spacious and clean with a great view.
The parking was a little tight, and I didn't like to share the balcony.
Our unit was huge and beautiful! We will be back.
My loud family...
The people were really friendly and my family had a great time. It was a great little get away and the loft room was really nice for the younger one. Thanks and can't wait to go back in the winter.
We chose the 2 bedroom suite. Nice, but nothing great. Staff was very nice. Didn't like being on 1st floor and the pictures were different than actual room.
Fireplaces had to be lit. No big deal but maintenance guy was awesome. Fast.
The rooms were amazing
This was not like the photos! There was no balcony, no view, and very very crowded. You had to move the heavy coffee table to pull out the bed. The fireplace wasn't working so we called someone up to fix it. The remote/TV wasn't working too well either. I wouldn't stay here again.
Great family place, close to everything!
We were in Park City because my daughter was competing in a climbing comp at the Utah Olympic Center. We received an upgraded room when we arrived because they had oversold our original booking. The room was awesome and when we needed to add another night stay we were able to stay in our same room at the same rate. They did not have to do that. It is close to Park City proper as well as the Olympic Park. I am returning with the rest of my family just to hang out in Park City later in the summer.
Summer at a ski resort means maintenance and construction. Not something that bothered me too much, but something to be aware of.
What's not to like . everything was great
Location was exceptional and view from our room was beautiful.
Facility could be maintained better. Decor was beautiful, however, aging. Room was initially difficult to find, and much smaller than we thought. Only one ice machine and very far away. Difficult to find our way around the resort and we never did find the restaurant we were looking for.
Good experience; Good housekeeping services. Prompt service.
I love staying here. This was the second time this year for another tournament for my kids. It's out of the mess of the center of Park City and quick access to the free way. The kids like the pool and like all the space the room gives. It feels like home.
The group before us broke the washer/dryer combo and it hadn't been fixed. Plus, they melted the tops of the lids to the pots and pans.
I do a lot of traveling, and consider myself a "hotel-snob". The Silverado by far exceeded my expectations! Great location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms and comfortable bedding. There were 5 of us with two children staying in a (2-bedroom with separate kitchen/living room) 3-room suite. The stackable w/d was an added bonus. We could not have felt more at home then we did at the resort. Thanks again for a memorable stay. See you again!
The facility itself was modern and new. Nice facility.
The fact that the rooms are privately owned did not work for us. We arrived and the room had a fridge full of food, moldy food! Had to call front desk. We asked to move to a room with a fire place. The fire place would not light. Had to call front desk. Got up in the morning and there was no cold water in the shower. Had to call front desk. After shower got fixed, the building air conditioning went out. The front desk people were nice and things did get fixed but it was a major inconvenience. Oh ya, there was no microwave in the room. Bummer, we brought popcorn!
Very clean and comfortable!
I came off season and enjoyed a great weekend with my family.
We had so much trouble with our door keys. Had to have them rekeyed three times.
Comfort of the appartment, parking, local shuttle service.
Tried to downgrade us to a single bed appt when we had paid for a tywo bedroom appartment. Hike uphill to the ski lifts - the shuttle service was excellent, but a hassle. No shuttle to Park City ski - only half hourly bus, and its best to change bus at the terminal down the road. No bar. Crude facility for storing ski's, wont take boots or poles. I decent ski hotel has heated / ventilated lockers for skis, boots, and poles.
Rooms were large and well furnished. Shuttle to slopes was very convenient.
When I booked I thought I was getting a 2 bedroom with a loft. However, it turned out to be a two bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Had to drive into to Park City for groceries and other supplies.
Clean place. Helpful and nice staff. Nice room.
I had to ask about coffee packages. It should be left in the room while cleaning the room.
size of rooms and facilities for self catering if needed. Located right by the lifts so no walking needed. Mini bus transport to other parts of the resort.
I like to have a boot room, to strore and dry boots rather than having to wear them back to the room.
High quality accommodations, appliances, and fixtures. Accommodating staff. Location is within a longer walk of slopes but no need given the excellent shuttle service. Daily housekeeping. Well-stocked with kitchen utensils, kitchen and bath consumables.
Heating system not working properly and is a definite issue that needs addressing. Walls and doors do not insulate well from noise. Need to run fan to drown out noise but running fan generates very hot air independent of temperature setting. Small TVs are not up to the standards of the lodge.
Rooms were very large and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Several flat screen TVs and fireplaces. Outdoor hot tub was fun way to relax ski weary muscles in the evening, especially when snowing
Management have to sort out their check-in procedures. We arrived at 12 but were told that we had to wait till 4 pm to check-in as rooms were not ready. Fair enough as our booking confirmation said check-in was from 4 pm. When we got back at 4.20 room was still not ready. We ended up waiting in lobby till 5 pm. When we complained we were told that checkout was at 11 and it took a while to clean rooms? We asked to speak to ghe manager but he/she was unavailable. We were promised s phone call back but this never happened.Management eventually offered us free breakfast in their sister hotel but when we turned up no one knew about this. There were no lockers and no towels in the 'spa' area. When we asked for a robe we were told that these had been removed from rooms by management . When we asked if they would prefer us walking around the hotel in wet swimwear, robes were suddenly found. Such a shame. It would take so little to get it right.
