Our server at the restaurant closest to the front desk, Sundance or something, was awful. It was an older lady who made us feel like we were wasting her time. It was very obvious she focused on her regular guests, as she spent loads of time chatting it up at their table. Our drinks were empty and we over heard another table complaining that she never brought salsa to them. Also, we stayed and played late Monday night, the casino floor was basically empty and we were asked for our IDs 7 times, we counted. Even twice at the same table when the dealers switched. We know we look young and they're protecting their jobs, but it was excessive. That was actually the reason we stopped playing.
I grew up in Las Vegas, so I knew before hand this was where I wanted to stay. It is more of a locals casino, off the strip, but still close to the fun. Also, this is the area where my family and friends live and the hotel has many memories of my past. We loved the front desk. They were so sweet and very helpful. We were there during the Mayweather fight, so it was very busy and we were thrilled when they were able to check us in early.
