Excellent, clean, room offering all comforts. Good choice of restaurants especially Twin Creeks Steakhouse. Friendly staff. Swimming pool. Good atmosphere in the casino and hotel.
Check in was slow as they couldn't immediately find our booking made through booking.com, was resolved within 10 minutes though. Location not on Las Vegas strip but was not needed in this case.
Excellent value. Bass Pro Shop on site. Reasonable payback in casino. Good Buffet for the price. Shuttle to downtown. And they mailed us back some clothes that my wife forgot to pack when we checked out.
Remote from the Strip.
The party black jack pit. Losing money was never more fun. 3 to 2 Black-jack.
the buffet was a bet disappointing
i like to bed, pillows, and dubee and valet was awesome. the seasons buffet was great almost excellent waiters tried their best it was hit and miss some were awesome and the others were ok fish tank was cool and slot were fun didnt make any money but i didnt lose it all either had fun with slots also the gelato was my wifes favorite
housekeeping was horrible they were noisy and didnt even clean well. they came into my room didnt give me fresh toilet paper rolls from day they would just go in and fold the tip. they saw my bar of soap was more then have gone and they didnt leave me another and nvr once did they take out the trash
There is plenty of food options inside the resort.
loved the room and we always love Bass Pro Shops.
The Housekeepers knocked on our door starting around 7:30 am on check out day. checked to see if we were gone by opening the door. then knocked about three more times before the noon check out time.
We like the rooms, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. The friendly atmosphere of the casino and the pool area.
They could offer another option for casual dining, maybe a deli; and in room coffee makers.
Near to airport
Not too easy to locate
Love the aquarium.
Sleeping with noise.
Location, availability, access to the pool, restaurants, not on the strip!!! Bass pro shop, fish tanks, family oriented, perfect!!!
Small bathrooms, no microwave or fridges in the room, little more variety on menus in the sundance for kids...
Buffet was awesome! Fresh, home cooked food. Nothing mass produced. Very comfortable bed pillows.
Lack of restrooms near restaurants and casino. Lack of nonsmoking areas in casino
The season. resturant
The facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable and - even though the hotel was packed with events - the stay was quiet. The staff was wonderful and the fish tank was mesmerizing.
The only problem with the Silverton is that it is a drive to the Strip (or anywhere). Would not have been a problem if they had a poker room for my boyfriend to spend time in.
The bed was fantastic! We liked the hotel and casino very much! The employees were very friendly and polite and we would stay again at the price we paid (or less). We will recommend the hotel to friends and family.
I did feel that the bathrooms needed enlarging and also were starting to look a little rundown where the floor and walls met, if I remember correctly. The hotel room was smaller than we usually stay in but for the price, we won't complain! Not enough TV channels but then again, we were not in the room that much. I disliked my Asian Chicken Salad very much. The dressing was just not right! I ate less than half and then had to go out to eat again a few hours later to In n Out for a burger! We usually don't spend more than $12 for a meal anywhere so we are always looking for something in our price range.
Pool is great. Rooms are nice. We had a great air conditioner in our room, the couple we traveled with did not.
No Coffee makers in rooms, might choose a different hotel because of this. Buffet was not good. Food was dried out and not very good.
Size of room...bed. The adjacent store.
Love the restaurants and the bass pro shop. My kids love the huge fish tank and the pool. The beds were very comfy. Love that there is a starbucks!
We had a non smoking room but we could still smell smoke. It must have beeb coming through the vents some how. Very disappointed that the rooms no longer have refrigerators in them and if you need one you have to pay. As a mother with a baby it would have been nice for baby food and bottles. It also would have been nice to have a microwave to warm up baby bottles. If I didn't have a infant these things probably wouldn't have been an issue.
Overall I was satisfied
Excellent price. Clean, good beds, good WiFi. The hotel has a huge casino and a lot of bars, restaurants, shops etc. The hotel is connected to a huge Bass Pro Shop where you can buy outdoor clothing among many others.
No fridge in room. They charge a fee for WiFi. A bit worn-out.
Off the strip Quite
Too far from the strip
We use the hotel for a base to sleep when arriving and leaving Las Vegas, as we only use the airport. Prices are good and we even book it for the night even if we are not going to sleep there if we have a late flight
Nothing not to like given the price you pay
The food in the restaurants were great. The Staff was friendly and helpful and I loved the fact if there was a line, another staff would come out and help.
Our first night there, the room was a bit shabby. The carpets were dirty and seams in the bath needed cleaning. But the bed was comfy.
Slots were good. Good drink service. Good buffet. Friendly staff.
Loud ac. Cold water in pool. Plugged up sink drain. Shower curtain leaked water onto floor.
