Hotel was dirty, sheets and comforters stained, service poor

The staff member when we checked in (I believe his name was Rick) couldn't find our reservation and was very rude about it. The hotel wasn't very well kept, there was mold in the bathroom, the sheets had holes in them, and the bed was so uncomfortable neither my husband or myself slept much. I would stay far away from this hotel!

Nice rooms.. Comfortable beds. Location. Free buffet breakfast option even though we did not take advantage of it.

Front desk staff- gave minimal information regarding how to get to the parking ramp and lack of signs posting this. Also front desk staff working did not offer our party free drink tickets when checking in but did offer another party free drink tickets and when I questioned him on this he acted surprised that he had not done so. Front desk staff could be more informative about amenities such as the shuttle to the casino when checking in.

Tanya in the Lounge was very nice and took really great care of us. The drink tickets are a great idea! Overall the staff was very nice and the hotel was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good too

No swimming pool and Vending machines, we never found any. No Ice machine on our floor.

Room needed to be looked over when it comes to cleaning. Found someone else's hair on my pillow and cob webs

The hotel was nice as far as the rooms were concerned. Nothing special but it was clean and well maintained which is important to us! The pool was closed which would have been a disappointment if the kids were along but for this trip it was ok!

The failure of this hotel was the bar and dining! We gave ourselves plenty of time on a Saturday night to grab dinner before our 7:00 plans. It took us 55 minutes to get our food after we ordered and there were only 5 other people there. Stay here but plan to eat and drink somewhere else!!

Beds were very comfortable.

Hallway carpet and wall were dirty and marked up. Carpet was worn in the room also. Needs some updating.

Service was very good with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rate and flexible for an early check-in

Charged an additional $6.00 for something....don't know what it is. Also, the last time I stayed(Sept 2012), I got an additional $8.00 charge for what????

I tried to get hot water in the sink; let it run for several minutes but it never got hot. Floor in bathroom very cold!

The price was reasonable, and the room was clean and nice-looking. The room was also large.

We specifically chose this hotel over others because it had a swimming pool. Our kids were excited about going swimming, but got there and the pool was down for maintenance. I had checked their website before confirming purchase and it wasn't noted anywhere that the pool was closed. This was very disappointing for us and the kids, and overall made our stay less enjoyable.

My bed was very uncomfortable, it had a dip in the middle. The outlet in bathroom did not work we had to make coffee and use the blow dryer elswhere. Looked like a blood stain on the inside of our door which creeped us out. I guess for the money it was what I paid for.

Needs up dated bad! In the current condition I think that the rooms should be under $70/night. Just my opinion, and I would stay again because of location.

The gal that checked us in was very nice and helpful with any questions that I had, as we had never stayed there before and didn't know where anything was in the hotel! The only other thing I can think of that I liked was the noon checkout verses everyone elses 11 checkout times!

Our room was decent size but our bed was very hard, but may appeal to some people, there was a lot of water damage on the ceiling and walls. There was a chair that had the appearance like someone had had an accident on it but it could have been from water damage but I wouldn't sit in it! The site says there was a heated pool, but it wasn't! It was so cold it took us forever to get used to it! There was no sauna or hot tub either! The pool area itself looked very run down and rotte d in many areas! Needless to say we will never be going back there again!!!

On the 8th floor my wireless did not connect I had to go to the lobby with my lap top

when we had any question about location of touring, they were very helpful giving us directions. The hotel was neat and clean. I would referrel anyone to stay at the hotel. Staff very friendly.

The free parking in the adjoining parking structure. Quiet rooms, good blackout curtains, very comfortable beds.

We stayed on the 2nd floor - there was no ice machine on that floor. Also, it's very difficult to figure out where the front door is.

It was relatively clean and quiet. Our room had enough towels, coffee and bathroom supplies, and the bed was comfortable.

Our room had a T-shirt in the closet left by another guest, and a nail file sticking out of the desk chair. There was no guide in the room regarding available tv channels, checkout policies, restaurant hours, room service (if available), etc. The tv was old and did not come with a remote control. We had to run the water for a very long time before it got warm. The windows were filthy. The king-size bed had only two small pillows.

The lobby area was pretty.

The sheets in our room were paper thin and stained. We were just praying that they had been washed since the last guest stayed. My husband and I almost left because of it but we were so tired from driving all day that we decided to stay and just place our clothes over the pillows. Also the bedspread on the bed was stained and very dirty.

The hotel is conveniently placed in the center of Sioux City. The value was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel could use some updating but for the price, I would not complain. (Obvously, updating means a higher room rate.)

Close to the night life.

Not impressed with food or service at the Sunday buffet.

Very friendly staff. Good value for breakfast. Very good bed/matress. Clean, Overall a very good stay.
