Rooms were nicely furnished and the location is outstanding. The bar on the top level is fantastic. Great view and ambiance. Perfect for a solo business traveler or a couple.
I didn't like the staff, I found they had a bit of attitude. Only the door man and one girl on the front desk were particularly nice. Food and drinks were very expensive and not that great. The rooms were tired and I found hair in the bathroom.
I liked the Starlight Room and Scala's Bistro in the hotel. I liked the comfort of my bed.
The bathroom was small.
Horrible sound proofing, exorbitant prices not including breakfast Condescending concierge
position very good
noisy room, room breakfast expensive (not adeguate)
Really small bathroom
Great location Excellent service from doorman in particular Beautiful surrounding in hotel with lots of nice features Night club Wining tasting evening
Small bathroom No coffee/tea facilities in room Small bath towels
Location so we could walk or choose public transportation. Great place to visit.
Convenience of location for walking union square area and boarding trolley. Loved the morning coffee and evening wine tasting.
A tad pricey but seems norm for the area unfortunately. Also the extra cost of parking the car. Too bad you don't sometimes offer a package deal, especially December for all the holiday events.
Location, complimentary coffee and wine, friendly staff, beautiful hotel
Pillows were terrible, flat, NOISEY construction all night both nights! For the price they should put pillows in as good as Hampton Inns!
High speed internet
no breakfast included with the booking The fee of parking ! Small room
bar, eco-friendly, location

The location of the hotel and staff
location near Union Square
no shuttle to airport. for first time visitors getting around SF is difficult.
Beautiful lobby, good staff, daily wine hour, location of hotel.
Tiny bathroom, street noise due to poor insulation from old windows, overnight parking fees were very high.
Location. Like the idea of a business Centre, but it could have been better serviced
Room small and cluttered. We had to ask for a frig and electric hug. No coffee making facility
Very comfortable King Bed, love the décor, having a nightclub on sight was pretty fun.
Bathroom was a little too small but I never spent anytime in my room so it did not matter much
Location !concierge ,Michael was brilliant All the staff were helpful
Bathroom very small nowhere to put anything "
Very Attentive Staff. Excellent Concierge.
Got woken up 3 times by maids cause i forgot to put privacy on door
The location is great. In the heart of Union Square, only a few minute walk to public transportation, and a lot of shops nearby for food and clothing.
For the money we spent on a basic room for this hotel, I expected just a little more. Our bathroom door didn't close properly (or at all). The housekeepers left cleaning supplies in our room. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would've hoped. I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Union Square. Their staff was alright. They could've been better. And the fact that there isn't free WiFi...
Eddie on the door - excellent Burger recommendation. Big squidgy beds
All the dust around the edges.
The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff were helpful, polite and could not have been more accommodating. The lobby is beautiful and we highly recommend the italian restaurant that is attached. The rooms are well appointed and the bed and accommodations were comfortable.
There are things, like the annoying bathroom dispensers for shampoo, soap and conditioner that the staff can not help; but, there wasn't one day of our 6 day stay that something in the room wasn't missing. The first night we didn't have towels; then conditioner; the staff seemed never to know that used glasses needed to be replaced. It became a joke between us as to what would be forgotten. After calling down, the missing item was brought up promptly. But every day?
