Stuck at end of building , no view, and no room cleaning on daily basis,

The beach access was great. Pool bars were nice

Staff need more training in hospitality. Rooms were not impressive at all. Appeared clean, but old and stains on the furniture.

Everything was right there. Plenty of activity, restaurants, night life and fairly quiet. Staff was welcoming & friendly.

Rooms need some updating. Don't charge for parking. Very tacky

Location was nice

No water pressure. Paying for parking. No wifi. No warm water. Bed by door, can hear every little sound walking by. Not as nice as I would expect for price.

The room 1748 was fabulous! Harry's food was excellent and inexpensive. It was only an hour drive from my home/n. tampa.

That cabanas were only available til 5-5:30pm! Everything closed too early!

The room had separate bedroom and lounge with cooking facilities and a private balcony, direct access to the beach and a choice of restaurants and bars.

The beach was amazing; walk away from the hotel, and enjoy the lovely beach.

Pictures of hotel on Booking are unreal; the prices are far higher once you are at the reception and am not talking about only tax higher. Everything is different when you are there; my search was for free internet and when we got there it was for 10 dollars or something.... it was a complete catastrophe. Pool and tub wasn't clean!

The friendly staff and great service! Especially your wonderful bartenders Joey and Dominic. Loved the relaxation of the pool with the hammicks and beautiful beach great location.

Workout facility was not good had to use the courtyard and be creative but I didn't mind I love being outdoors.

i enjoyed the room once we were moved to a more suitable location where we asked to be but this was not easily achieved if it had not been for Aiden who helped us achieve this. the resort was worth while staying at and will book again direct and choose the room number that we identified as the one to stay in..

the guy who didnt seem to be able to move us from the room we had the 1st two nights, i felt they were more interested in their weekend guests than us who had booked for 9 nights. Would not have liked to be a family in the room we had as the childs bedroom was a glorified cupboard where we stored our cases as that would be all i'd put in there

Well-located. Next to the beach. Nice pools and pretty atrium in the middle of the property. Attractive environment with nice landscaping. Clean. Enough places to eat. I liked the Compass Grill Restaurant and Harry's Beach Bar next to the center pool. I enjoyed the Iguana cage next to the south pool. Comfortable rooms.

Interior corredors had too much airconditioning. I also did not like having to pay a parking fee. My room had a sink area between the sleeping area and the sitting area. The tile floor was very cold in that spot. It could have used some kind of a mat there. Also, room service did not pick up a plate of food on the floor next to the room on the opposite side of the hall from us. It stayed there for the whole time we were there -almost three days! That was on the 7th floor, conference center building.

Very convienent, you never have to drive anywhere, if you don't want to. Restaurants and shopping all walking distance. All the action or peace and quiet you could want.

Guest rooms were made up very late. We are early risers and were out of the room all day and when returning at 4:30pm, 3 of the 4 days the room was not made up. On the 4 day it was because I complained. No adult area in any of the 3 pools, shocking as both have bars and hot tubs and music, so would be easy to do. We love kids, but would have been nice to have some pool time without running and splashing kids.

It was beautiful and so nice to be right on the beach. We ate at Harry's Beach Bar and the food was very good.

Washers and dryers need to be updated. Dryers don't work well.

Chambre spacieuse et clair. Propre, nécessaire pour faire son propre petit déjeuner avec grille pain, bol, couverts... (il suffit d'aller au supermarché à coté), plage et piscine supers. Bien insonorisée.

Das Zimmer war völlig indiskutabel! Zimmer mit Aussicht sollte besser in Zimmer mit Fenster korrigiert werden, denn das wir für diesen Preis ein Zimmer Motellike mit Fenster zum Außenflur und "Aussicht" auf den Parkplatz bekommen haben ist ein absolutes No Go. Darüber hinaus verlangt das Hotel für eine total instabile und meistens nicht funktionierende Internetverbindung tatsächlich 10 Dollar pro Tag und zwar pro Tag und nicht für 24 Stunden nach Ankunft!!! Das ganze wird dann in ein Package für 20 Doller Tagespauschale pro Person verpackt, für Internet, parken (obwohl auch bei mehreren Personen es sich ja nur um 1 Auto gehandelt hat) und die Nutzung der Sonnenliegen und Schirme!!! Also ohne diese Pauschale kann man nicht am Strand oder Pool sich auf eine Liege legen und kein Internet nutzen. Das ist einem Hotel welches sich als Business- und Conference Hotel bezeichnet !!! Ein absolutes No Go. Am ersten Tag wurden auch nur die Handtücher getauscht und die Betten nicht gemacht, über staubsaugen und wischen wollen wir mal gar nicht erst sprechen. Am zweiten Tag wurden dann die Betten gemacht, dafür aber nur ein paar wenige frische kleine Handtücher hingelegt. Wenn man nicht in der Lage ist die Thanksgiving Besucher Traffic zu handeln, dann sollte man auch nicht Thanksgiving Preise aufrufen !!! Dieses Hotel werde ich auf jeden Fall nie wieder buchen.

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach super. Mit Kind eine tolle Kombination: drei Poolbereiche und ein super Strand mit einem kleinen Spielplatz, vielen Hängematten und das alles "vor der Tür". Ein großer Supermarkt ist auf der gleichen Strasse, so dass man auch zu Fuß mal schnell ein paar Teile einkaufen kann. Man sollte aber zur strandseite buchen.

Das erste Zimmer bei Ankunft war nicht sauber und es gab Ameisen die auf dem Boden und auf der Küchenzeile rumliefen. Die wurden zwar ,nach einem Anruf, mit Spray dann "bekämpft" aber das Zimmer war so nicht akzeptabel. Wir bekamen dann ein anderes Zimmer, wo wieder erst eine Zimmermädchen Nachwischen durfte. Danach alles immer tiptop ( warum nicht gleich so ? ). Am Wochennende ist das Hotel kein ganz ruhiger Ort, da auch Hochzeiten und Jungesellenenabschiede usw. Dort gefeiert werden. In der Woche aber wirklich ein Ort zum Entspannen.

Location and sunset. Compass Grille was nice. Laundry room clean. Room large and clean. Pool area clean. Beach service and bell hops very nice along with people at the gate.

A quarter of the room was behind one door, it housed the bath, shower, toilet, basin, safe and closet / wardrobe area. This made it difficult for two people to be getting ready at the same time in private.

top sheet much too small for the King. once tucked in at the bottom of the bed, it did not come up high enough to cover arms & shoulders

The location is great.

Tired in need of updates. Staff could be more helpful and friendly. We had to check out early becuse our room was being sprayed for pests.
