Friendly, helpful staff. Personal attention. Location was great. Wonderful coffee maker in room.
Nothing that would keep me from going back.
The Sirtaj is a quaint little boutique hotel with modern amenities. The service was impeccable and the location couldn't be any better
The rooms were very small but nicely decorated and cozy. Definitely take the stairs luckily it only has 3 floors
The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff friendly. The location is excellent.
Our room was small. We will get a larger room when we return.
Steps away from Rodeo Drive, the Lavazza espresso machine in the room, the modern style, nice toiletries.
Expensive valet parking (30$) only for an overnight, room at the stairs were very noisy, poor hysolated, l could hear anyone getting around or even from the other rooms. The elevator didn't work in the evening I checked in . No breakfast included in the room rate but it seems to be the norm in California even in places with high rates. 230 -260$ without taxes - other 14.5 -15% on the top for a single occupancy is insane, mainly outside the season. .
We liked the clean, contemporary style of the hotel and the staff were always on hand to help.
Our room (213) was slightly noisy early in the mornings due to outside bins. Maybe a few extra personal touches would be nice too, free tea and coffee at the bar in the morning...? Otherwise overall it was a pleasant stay.
Clean. Great location.
Water spilled from the bathroom shower. A/C fan made loud noise.
During the past week in LA, I've changed 3 hotels totally, but this one is the best. PS: That blonde staff is beeeeeeeautiful and nice.
The elevate is noisy, better fix it.
Location Comfort Cleanliness
lift was slow - but only a small inconvenience.
Great hotel, great staff and location!
It was good every thing
Location and service excellent
The lift. Room was a little small, but very modern and lovely
Amazing staff love them all, from the bar tender, to the valet guy (24hours) front desk group, etc etc
The ac isn't that good it switches on and off by it self no matter wht mode u put it on and the tv is not workin well with the cable tv so all the movies and shows look weird
too noisy, Poor sound insulation，i can hear everything near my room.
AC wasn't working. Staff checked it and couldn't fix it. They finally moved me to another room.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Safe. Modern
The shower hadn't been cleaned properly. The wall between the toilet and bedroom was see through.
Stuff not all friendly Walls are thin. You can hear everything in the next room.. no privacy
Really wish we'd stayed there longer, a lovely hotel with fantastic staff in a great location close to Rodeo Drive and lovely restaurants. Upon arrival we where greeted with lovely mango juice and with the most polite and friendly staff ever. Highly recommended and I'll absolutely come back!
The rooms where a little small but for the price, it really wasn't an issue.
The staff is wonderful, courteous and most responsive. The wifi is strong. The beds and pillows are most comfortable. The fittings are of good quality. There is good lighting. The shower is great. Was happy to find this hotel and will stay again.
Staff are all very friendly and eager to help. The meals in the restaurant are lovely. The location is literally just around the corner from Rodeo Drive, and Spago is also less than a min walk away, and although pricey it is absolutely worth the experience. I would suggest setting up a Uber app on your cell phone for use instead of using taxis - Uber costs about a third of the price, and I found them to all be wonderful drivers in super nice cars.
The extreme dim lighting. Even in my room, the only suitable place for reading would be in the bathroom, and although they place newspapers on the bar, there is again no lighting to be able to read them very well.
the elevatore is slow and the is no black out for windows
Staff greeted me with a complimentary drink and a room upgrade after a long day. Room was quite, clean and comfortable, located in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to several cafe's, restaurants and businesses at Beverly Dr. and Wilshire Blvd.
Staff and location compared to the prices make it a perfect place to stay in beverly hills. 5 mins walk to Rodeo Dr. Coffee machine was great too.
Beds were too soft for my back.
Nice rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast, valet service, close to a very, very good italian restaurant "Piccolo Paradiso" in S. Beverly Drive Recommendable Hotel!
The bed! Reception staff exceptional. Location as central as possible to most lA attractions. Very handy to bus (so easy to get around, cheap and if you take the express bus, very quick). Air conditioning quiet!
Because the rooms were not carpeted, noise within the hotel could be a problem (from the room above).
