I was charged 21 dollars for taking the laundry bag with me .. highly over priced
Location, rooms, price and staff
The elevator was so slow
The parking fee for overnight paqrking was prohibitive to wanting to stay. Just too high at $30.00 per night.
The bed was very comfortable. Food was very good and priced reasonably. Room rate for value was very comfortable. Extremely pleasant staff and helpful plus accomodating for business travel too.
Don't look too closely at the finishes - especially in the bathroom. They could use a face lift.
This intimate, surprising gem of a hotel was perfect for my single night in Beverly Hills. Walking distance from the "it" spots and tucked away in a quiet street, I would have gladly stayed longer. The Indian cuisine for dinner was outstanding and the staff was delightful.
You can hear what's going on in the room next to you, but this is the problem of most of the building in this area , it's the way how they build.
The location, the kindness of the people , the bed and the shower, room very confortable.
Staff not helpful, just trying to sell touristic trips....
Well I have to say for the price per night the rooms are so small. Smaller than your average hotel room.
Loved everything the look the vibe. It's so classy and just simple. I will return.
Parking fee $30 per night. No Hot water a few times especially at night
It's our 2nd time staying at the Sirtaj. Love it there. The restaurant is fantastic as well. The location is great too. Super fast WIFI!
Relatively small room
Small room. Veeeery slow elevator.
Ideal to explore Beverly Hills w/o car. Rodeo Drive is just 5 min away. Close to Beverly Center. Nice room, well done bathroom.
I was charged $22 for "taking a cloth laundry bag". I called to ask why there was an extra charge on top of my $545 bill and they accused me of stealing a laundry bag from my room. They are reversing the charge but I haven't seen it come off my credit card yet so I might change my mind about my experience. However, accusing me of something I didn't do makes me wonder if they've done the same to other guests.
Great location, comfy beds, very nice bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, and best Indian food in LA. Will definitely stay here next time we're in LA.
Nothing that would keep me from going back.
Friendly, helpful staff. Personal attention. Location was great. Wonderful coffee maker in room.
The rooms were very small but nicely decorated and cozy. Definitely take the stairs luckily it only has 3 floors
The Sirtaj is a quaint little boutique hotel with modern amenities. The service was impeccable and the location couldn't be any better
Our room was small. We will get a larger room when we return.
The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff friendly. The location is excellent.
Expensive valet parking (30$) only for an overnight, room at the stairs were very noisy, poor hysolated, l could hear anyone getting around or even from the other rooms. The elevator didn't work in the evening I checked in . No breakfast included in the room rate but it seems to be the norm in California even in places with high rates. 230 -260$ without taxes - other 14.5 -15% on the top for a single occupancy is insane, mainly outside the season. .
Steps away from Rodeo Drive, the Lavazza espresso machine in the room, the modern style, nice toiletries.
Our room (213) was slightly noisy early in the mornings due to outside bins. Maybe a few extra personal touches would be nice too, free tea and coffee at the bar in the morning...? Otherwise overall it was a pleasant stay.
We liked the clean, contemporary style of the hotel and the staff were always on hand to help.
Water spilled from the bathroom shower. A/C fan made loud noise.
Clean. Great location.
The elevate is noisy, better fix it.
During the past week in LA, I've changed 3 hotels totally, but this one is the best. PS: That blonde staff is beeeeeeeautiful and nice.
lift was slow - but only a small inconvenience.
Location Comfort Cleanliness
Great hotel, great staff and location!
It was good every thing
The lift. Room was a little small, but very modern and lovely
Location and service excellent
The ac isn't that good it switches on and off by it self no matter wht mode u put it on and the tv is not workin well with the cable tv so all the movies and shows look weird
Amazing staff love them all, from the bar tender, to the valet guy (24hours) front desk group, etc etc
