The room was exceptional, the bed was wonderful & loved the rooftop bar. The staff was also great!
A great, quiet location in the middle of soho. Plenty of room for family in the one room, front door and front desk staff helpful and friendly, lovely roof top bar
Roof top bar not very 'resident friendly' or focused
awesome roof top terrace quiet and comfortable room friendly staff newly renovated lobby great location
daily changing room rates some rates are too expensive for what you get no free wi-fi in the room
Small rooms as with many in New York!!
How helpful the staff was and location was good.
Great place! Highly recommend. People are nice and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful. Clean and modern. The roof top bar has amazing views. Great location to go for a walk. Go and stay, you will love it!
The roof top bar - great view & atmosphere. Kitti chai restaurant & bar. Liked the boutique nature of the hotel & fact that staff knew you after a couple if days & greeted you by name.
Superior room smaller than we expected but deluxe was much roomier. Large skip bin outside hotel as part of renovations detracted from street appeal of hotel. Fact that you are charged $15 per day for Internet in the room.
The size of the room with a couch, chair and desk space. USB and computer connections helped with charging for overseas users. Ample power points in the room. The large screen TV that was easily viewed in any location of the room. Several options for lighting in the room provided user choices for ambiance. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and quality linen. The bathroom was spacious, well laid out and had a bath with shower in the bath and a hand-held shower head as well with soft lighting over the bath or more direct over the hand basin. Ample drawer space. Courteous, friendly, helpful staff who were eager to assist at any opportunity.
No tea/ coffee making facilities Difficulty with make-up application over the generous hand basin The extra drawers in the cupboard limited hanging space
Very clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.
air conditioning did not work properly
We enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel in Soho. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. There is some renovation going on presently but it did not disrupt our stay. The location of the hotel is terrific, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend for a "downtown" experience.
Excellent location in Soho district, new / renovated rooms, nice and clean, quiet and calm hotel. The staff and their friendly, yet professional, way to service its guest, is the most amazing thing about this hotel. Charming!
The ongoing renovation did make a little noise and some rooms still smelled of fresh paint, but actually, this didn't bother me to much.
The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and a luxury bathroom. the staff are very helpful. The location is good on a quiet street. Its a shoppers paradise.
there was some construction in the hotel which was a bit noisy during the day and the bar only opens at 5pm. We didn't feel welcome in the bar so didn't return.
Location location location Happened to be under renovation while we were there, however never heard any construction. Received a room upgrade upon arrival, I am guessing due to potential noise factor but there was None!!! Looking forward to the remodel completion, The lobby was a cool area for drinks and mingling. Staff was excellent in fact one gentleman employee always remembered are name and used it every time he greeted us. Thoughtful perk
The closet needs help no where to hang your clothes properly. There were two stacked draws and a necessary safe blocking where your items would hang.
They are renovating all summer so constant noise. We checked out early.
Concierge was amazing.. The bed was so comfortable
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the gym was small it was still great to see they made the effort of creating something out of next to nothing
The location of Sixty Soho is excellent for eating out and shopping in small independent shops. Tube stations conveniently close by. Absolutely charming roof top bar with amazing views!
The hotel was undergoing some major refurbishment work which meant there was no proper lobby to use. Hefty surcharge for wifi (but one could use the free wifi in the restaurant next door).
Beautiful renovation. Rooftop deck and bar was spectacular! Should be open day and evenings as long as possible.
Could use more drawer space and a coffee pot. Free wifi would be nice.
Bathroom was lovely. New mattress and linens were divine! Intimacy of bar and The decor was lovely. I had lunch outside and devoured the best burger and fries I've had in years! I didn't experience the delightful setting of the rooftop bar due to inclement weather.
Due to remodeling, it was a bit noisy during the day. Hey, this is New York!
Under major construction.paying 600$ + a day and unable to be in the room from9:00am-4:00 because the noise level of drilling and pounding was so very relentless and loud.one day no water from 9:00-400. No discount for the major upset ness of our stay.
I like everything about this hotel & always use it when I come to New York.
The old lobby was bigger than the new & here was somewhere to sit & have a drink
Great location, incredibly comfortable bed
A few oddities in the room - no clock/radio, no power at the desk, no cable TV (just local stations). Perhaps this was a function of the renovations going on.
Really excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
The hotel was in the process of being renovated and so could be noisy between 9am and 5pm, even on Saturday! Not a problem if you are out all day. Bed a little too soft for us, so comfort marked as good rather than excellent.
Staff is very kind. Location is perfect. Every time we visit NY we stay at this hotel.
Nobody told us earlier that there was a reconstruction in the hotel. There was a lot of noise starting from morning time till evening. But the hotel did a favour to us at the end of our stay.
Liked location & staff friendly v helpful
No tea coffee making in room No needle thread in room No laundry bag in room Attention to detail missing .....97pct Wifi at $15/24hrs is ridiculous
