Location, Staff, apartment clean, WiFi high speed, staff very nice.

Parking is an issue. You have to park in 1 of 2 lots and pay $7 cash per day. It's also located 2-4 blocks depending where you park. There should be valet even if it's a residence. Also I would say the big windows are great but also a safety hazard if anyone opens them as even on the 7th floor the window slides fully open giving access to children and anyone who dare to open and possibly fall out or jump out. Be careful.
Your actually renting an apartment thru Sky City which can be in 1 of 3 buildings which isn't said upfront. Also they advertise a pool but it's seasonal in another building. Overall the apartment fit the description and pictures and would definitely stay again.

The master bedroom's heater did not work when we arrived at midnight. The first night of our stay the room was pretty cold. We expected them to check the heater beforehand.
The apartment has huge windows with nice view of statue of liberty. It was clean and quiet.

can not see liberty statue at all. The big noise of construction nearby wakes us everyday at around 7am. very big noise.
good kitchen facility
21 February 2015
The only negative was the next occupants turned up before we had checked out
This is a fantastic apartment with wonderful views of the Statue of Liberty and all the comforts of home, I would never consider staying in Manhatten again after this experience

Polyester sheets on the bed were not very nice.
Great view! Close to transit.

The concierge was extremely rude. He would greet a guest ahead of us but once a member of my group followed behind he completely ignored them. This happened multiple times. We also had issues trying to pay him for parking. We once had to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes while he was gone. We called about this and he then came back saying, "I'm here" with an attitude. This behavior is very unprofessional.
The apartment was lovely and kept in very clean condition.

Everything was perfect, not complaints at all

A little bit difficult during night time for finding a parking lot.
We like everything, the coffee shop, location, view of Liberty Statue and ofcourse the hospitality of the staff.

*The hallways and elevators need a good clean and a new paint job. *Although we loved the view to the Statue of Liberty, there is an ugly carpark and shipyard in front. Not a problem if you are aware of this and when standing in the kitchen or a little back from the window. *The bedrooms need black-out curtains.
Our apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent for a family with 2 older children who needed to rest after 30 hours of travel. A convenient coffee shop and German beer garden - restaurant either side of the apartment . A ten minute walk to Grove St shops, cafes and to the PATH station - an easy 20 minute, $2.75 trip to NYC. The light rail at the rear of the apartment provides easy access to most of Jersey City. Near the end of the line, Hoboken is a great place to visit with it's quaint cafes and unique shops. A highlight for us was our evening walk from the apartment across to Liberty State Park with the spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline.

Would have been nice to be just a little bit closer to the transportation to get to NYC. However, it was very manageable.
We had a group of 7 people. We fit very comfortably in our apartment. The German Bier Garten below us was a happy surprise. We walked several blocks to take a water taxi to NYC. The cost was only $2.50 which made it worth while.

That they don't replace the towels and we requsted for more toilet paper but never got any.
Like the view and the place.

Booked for 8 people, pics showed all rooms with 2 double beds but beds only existed for 6 people, the other was the lounge which pulled out, this meant we had to turn in early so they could go to bed. Not a huge issue but would have preferred that this be noted when we booked and had the correct pics for the room.
Large rooms Great kitchen Good views from bedrooms Squirrels in Jersey City Clean Path train straight to New York Enjoyed going back to Jersey City each night Great Italian pizza shop just around the corner

We were ripped off by the taxi driver and got charged 150 dollars. There is a train from the airport then get the path from Penn to Grove Street. Then there is a 5 minute walk.
The apartment had all you could ask for. The view of the statue of Liberty was a great way to wake up.

Surrounded by car park and building work, so Regent Street block not great, but a few blocks away and there were cafes etc.
Contemporary furniture, spacious spotless bathroom and mezzanine bedroom, skyline views and peeping views of Empire State and Ellis Island; residential area, helpful doorman, helpful staff on the phone, plenty of places to eat and drink, walking distance of PATH and local train.

The only draw-back was the location which, although in a very pleasant area of New Jersey, added half an hour on to travel times - okay if you're visiting Manhattan, but a long trek to Brooklyn and the airport. Everything else about the apartment was perfect, though.
The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. It was quiet and felt very private. The staff were flexible in letting us check out late. It was much better value than accommodation in New York. We couldn't fault it.

Apartment was gorgeous

Comfortable apartment. Fantastic views.

This place is amazing in so many ways. We're a family of 5 and it can be difficult to find somewhere large enough to be comfortable for a week. This place was ideal. 10 minute walk to PATH train, there's a cafe underneath, and an amazing view of Manhattan is only 15 minutes away.

Grubby hallways leading to apartment, especially the carpets. Very, very poor air con in bedrooms. En suite was not attached to double room-very odd. Noise from light railway and beer garden. No one on site to answer questions-have to phone. Not enough utensils, pans etc to cook a meal. Two tables seem daft in such a small space.
This is a good location but apt much smaller than appears in photos. Very tight space around bed in master bedroom which had no en suite. First impression on arrival was bad as public hallways need decorating and cleaning. No air con in master bedroom and very noisy in other bedrooms, we suffered as it was extremely hot for September. However apartment is clean and in good order. Some noise from railway. View of back of statue of liberty (this is likely to go as planning permission has been given to build nearer the waters edge). Decent walking distance to path train station. Nice area, felt safe. Poor for grocery shopping but good pizza restaurant nearby. Did not get to beer garden but we could hear it.
