    Clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast.

    Very noisy! Anyone talking in hallway sounded like they were in your room!

    Well taken care of. Good size rooms. Casino separated from hotel by glass walls, so smoke free.

    Every employee very attentive and courteous. Room nice and comfortable. Smoking odors VERY well contained for a casino.

    Rooms were clean slots paid good

    No alcohol was served anywhere on property. This was a first for me at a casino

    Property was clean and current decor was pleasant.

    I had no hot water the morning I was checking out. Some of the restaurant staff were unpleasant and inattentive to me as a customer; specifically, Francine.

    not much

    Food was terrible. Buffet was non-existent as only tacos,flatbread offered other than fruit. Snack bar hoagies contained little meat and rolls were stale.

    Nothing

    Staff is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! When I arrived, the television was out because they were experiencing problems. Then when I got out to the room, their wifi was out. I called the front desk who told me that there was nothing they could do to fix it. Since there was no t.v and no internet, I just went to bed. In the middle of the night at 3 a.m., the battery for the smoke alarm started dying so it was beeping. I tried to call the front desk twice for like 5 minutes but nobody would answer. Half asleep I had to walk down there and tell the staff about it. I explained to him what was going on about it and once again he replied "there's nothing I can do." He said there was no maintanance at night. I asked him to switch rooms but he said no and wouldn't give me an explanation. I asked him to refund my money so I could go to another hotel. He said he couldn't. He told us we could just check out or go back to our room and ignore the beeping. What?! Finally I had to go to security on my own and ask them to help me take out the smoke alarm from the wall. When I told the manager the next day about this, she said yes he was wrong but all she could do is take 20 dollars off. They didn't try to make anything better and I explained to her how much sleep was lost but she just kept saying nope only 20 dollars. This hotel doesn't care about your experience, only about your money!!!

    Rooms were very nice.

    Smoking in the casino-I have asthma and lung problems. So we did not go in there on our way back from Phoenix.

    Location Very comfortable

    It is on an Indian Reservation and is "dry". Just an FYI Food in restaurant: portions large but of medium quality

    Room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was good

    The parking for my room. It was on the dirt, down steep stairs to the door inside. Otherwise, all was great,
