Breakfast was very basic. One day there was no breakfast without warning. Bathroom shower curtain was dirty. Elevator was so slow. I waited for 10 minutes just to get in. But for the price, you get what you pay for.
Bedroom was better than expected.
There was a sign renovations in progress, but there was no evidence of work being done (and plan was not a part of the prebooking online information). The entry sidewalk was crumbling, the welcome mat was filthy, one of the elevators was out of order for part of the evening, the tub drain did not work, and the staff pulled up the wrong individual from my booking info, but still wanted to process my arrival without changing it. I felt significantly overcharged for a poor experience. I would not stay there again or recommend it to others.
Friendly staff. Great water pressure.
1 uncleaned bed sheet
Staff was excellent, Tonya in particular
- too cold in the room - poor breakfast
- price - location - near to wells fargo center, but definitely not to the city center - spacious room - good for this price - friendly staff
There was no butter at breakfast and when I asked one of the staff to get butter, i waited and waited till I just ate my breakfast and left. Ouch.
no water in bathroom, bad service
nothing i like
The staff was nice but our reservation wasn't even complete. There was no record of our visit. luckily there were still rooms available but we did not have a reservation. very frustrated otherwise the hotel was nice.
The elevator took for ever to arrive. There was a lot o noise from other rooms.
The hotel was 5 minutes from South Dt and close to all the attractions. I was worried upon arrival based on previous bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and renovated with new furniture and bathroom. The staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good selection. Good deal for the money. I will definitely be back.
we stayed my son and I on the ninth floor that was the most unsafe experience ever the window was able to completely open itif my 3 year old son were able to open up that window he would have fell to his death nine stories up
Worst experience ever!
First, they lie that their free airport shuttle was shut down. Secondly - when we got there they said they are full and try to find us other place. After they "found" they sent us with the shuttle that suddenly back to work and the other place doesn't know what are we talking about.
The elevators did not appear to function properly. Also the shower curtains had mold on them. And I did not have hot water in the shower.
Charge me $10 to park in the parking lot
The man in charge of breakfast was very friendly
You should add Waffles to the breakfast and check the internet... sometimes is very slow. Just that.
Is not so near from the downtown but you can take bus or a cab, the people from reception, house keeping and bar were very nice. I stayed a week there.
Door didn't close correctly. Very old hotel.
facility too old , bathroom is not clean , heater is noisy
Bad service, toliet and tub was stopped up maintenance called himself fixing it but still was stopped up ! Not very clean for the cost
I did like the location wasn't too far at all from restaurants
When we arrived our bed wasn't made. There were pubic hairs in the toilet. The carpet looked like it hadn't been clean in 10 years. The shower was trying to kill us first it was cold then extremely hot.. so hot I feel it could burn my skin but that's OK because then it got extremely cold. There were crumbs on the desk chair. And when we requested for our sheets to be changed, they brought us the she wet and expected us to do it. If it wasn't for the amazing lady at the front desk and the amazing bartender I think I should have just walked out of this place. And it's not in the city center. worst experience ever.
Some of the staff was nice. They let us check in 1.5 hrs early which was great because we were drained.
The room smell fuzzy and the carpet seems like it's been in existence since the birth of the nation . The shower curtain was so gross with mold and dirty and the commode was rusty . When I called the front desk he told me no one was there to change it and before I could finish he hung up . Left my suitcases in the office and upon arrival I realized some of my stuffs were missing . it shouldn't even be consider a motel because even the cheapest motel is better than Ramada hotel . It is stink , nasty and weird . No one should book it .
The shuttle to and from the airport, apart from that everything was just annoying and weird .
We could hardly believe it was Ramada Hotel when we looked at the gruel they offered as breakfast!!!
Wifi is okay
Average breakfast and resturant
Good staff and helpful
I have never seen that before that I would pay for a room and when I got to the hotel they didn't have room for me.
Bedbug on my bed. Freaked my guest out. I couldn't wait to leave
room big but bathroom needed alot done and only two towels for 4 ppl no..its was herrible.
One morning I woke up & my entire window was shaking. The hotel moved me after 2 hrs to a room that smelled like nothing but cigarettes. So they moved me back to old room with the window so I left & got my money back!
The things i enjoyed about the stay was being on the 15th floor... But the elevator broke. I had to walk up 15 flights of stairs.
the construction was noisy in the mornings
The comfortable bed the space of the room
