Bugs in bedi
Nice, friendly and very helpful front desk officers particularly Elaine. The restaurant was also good. Breakfast was good but more hot food will come helpful. Wifi service was okay.
Room service was appalling. Linens were never changed and the carpet in Room 912 was very dirty. The hotel will benefit from having a second elevator.
staff were super friendly wifi clean comfortable
thin walls-could hear all neighbours conversations room by elevator not good as lots of human traffic and noise
Had to change rooms twice. The first room had a very strange odor. The second room had the crack in between the windows which made the room extremely cold. We had to blast the heat.
Continental breakfast offered lots of different foods, most of which were pretty good. Gina and the night manager were very accommodating.
The room was filthy: it reeked of cigarette smoke (even though there was no smoking allowed in the hotel), the windows were spotted with some sort of sticky substance, desk chair was greasy or something, there was a random sticker stuck to the wall, and the bathroom floor and carpet had not been cleaned. Also, TV remote did not work, hot water in shower lasted no more than 8 minutes, and sink and tub did not drain. On top of all of this, the staff did not care when they were told about the room's issues the following morning.
very nice and quite it was what i needed
Mrs. Gina showed us excellent customer service. And we loved the bar and people working there. Good conversations. Will be back.

Convenient and spacious room
The desk officers, the receptionist particularly Elaine were very helpful and friendly. The lady in the restaurant was quite friendly and always ready to help.
The carpet in Rm 912 was quite dirty and smelly. The cleaners esp the ones who handled that room did not change the beddings even after complaining.
My Room was really nice and huge with a great comfortable bed and a real good view from the 11th floor. The room was clean and warm after stepping in from the cold - 15mins walk to all the sports arenas - Baseball, Football, Ice Hockey, basketball - Awesome diner across the road
Having to pay for parking in this remote location, its not exactly Downtown! Wi-Fi was a joke - Strong signal but no connection to the internet. When I booked online months before parking was free so I was surprised when they charged me for parking when I got there. I complained it they gave me a new invoice minus the parking fee but my credit card still shows the charge - its not about the amount but more about the principal of changing the terms of the booking.
The location. no micorave. in room. had to go to lobby to heat food
Linens were clean and white. Blankets obviously washed with each change. No nasty dark colored spread. Mattress was very comfortable. Granite in bathroom very nice. Towels OK. Plenty of space. Heater OK View and windows nice very convenient location and price was reasonable.
Room smelled vaguely of smoke. Shower hard to turn on and regulate (old fixture). Heavily stained tubmat-really offputting. Heavy mildew or mold on bottom of shower curtain.
Old Skyview hotel signage still in place despite Ramada acquiring property in July. And why call it Ramada City Center when the city is miles and miles away? That borders on the fraudulent.
It was an easy drive to downtown Independence mall area. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Had to ask for a new room. first one smelled moldy and was very dirty. There was no refrigerator. Gym was unavailable. Had to pay for parking.
The staff was very friendly, I didn't have any problems with my booking. The downstairs bar had the best barman I've ever met, I had a great time during my stay. Generally, it's a good place to stay.
My room was not very soundproof and the wireless internet was not so good - I had to reconnect a few times and wasn't able to talk via skype normally without disconnecting.
Hotel was quite cheap compared to the Others. Even though everything looks very worn down the hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful. Of course the hotel is outside the city...but guys it is clearly marked into the map.... it is up to you to choose your convenient location!
The hotel really look worn down but it is clean. Breakfast is very basic. The area is not looking very good...but I never had the perception to be in an unsafe place.
I loved it nice price room was very clean bed we loved it.
I liked all of the staff I met. The Desk clerks and the restaurant bartender were uniformly friendly and helpful
The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but there are a couple of restaurants across the street and the city center is about 3 miles away with multiple interstates nearby
Hole in the bathroom ceiling, poor customer service, tv not working, roach in bed,
Excellent room set up with amenities
Everything was wonderful
Wi-fi was good; Front desk personnel were cordial; Location was OK
Noisy halls and elevator; Electrical outlets in room were faulty; King bed had outlet behind it and whenever you moved lights would go off and on--had to pull mattress out away from outlet; Noisy windows that let all sounds in from street; Breakfast had little or no food left before 10AM--no coffee, no fresh pastries, no hot food; Only one elevator worked making us late for breakfast; Bathroom was in disrepair.
The front desk staff. Dee, Gina and Elaine. The Front Row bar; great evening meal. Breakfast was substantial too.
Noisy fellow guests, which is what you get when the rate is so affordable. Look forward to seeing the hotel when the renovations are complete.
The lady/gentleman there the first night were very helpful and pleasant
Check in staff wonderful/ cheerful
Broken - sink drain, tub drain -shower handle stuck, pillows too soft
