Skyview Plaza Hotel & Suites  

A little bit vorn, but clean. The value for momey was as it should be. If you vantage a cheap place to stay, the hotel us fine.

The location was good in reference to the event we were attending.

They were in the process of moving things from floor to floor and it was cold inside due to the constant opening of doors. The beds had thin mattress's that were not comfortable.

On check-in they were flexible about letting us check-in when we got there a few hours before actual check-in time. They got us into a room that was very recently cleaned

The place is pretty old, and they clearly take the cheapest route to getting the job done. There was a huge hole in the blanket on our bed and a wierd mattress pad sized for a queen bed on the king. There were the bare minimum towels and pillows. Not to mention breakfast is basically bread, cereal and cheap little packaged muffins. If it weren't for the fact that most hotels and bnb's were completely booked I wouldn't have gone for this place.

Too expensive for the quality and cleanliness if room

I was very unhappy with my stay at the Skyview Plaza Hotel. I was woken up twice in the middle of the night. Once by blaring music and a second time by people screaming and cursing. I got a horrible night sleep and had to get up the next day very early because I was running in the Philadelphia Marathon. Needless to say I was not well rested. I complained to the front desk at 3:30 am and they told me that the manager wouldn't be in until Monday. So I called on Monday and the manager was busy. I asked if he could call me back and I was told that he would call me back. However, I have not received a calll from him yet.

Room was large and nice view.

Decor old, walls showed water marks, bit shabby.remote on tv did not work.

By far the worst hotel I have stayed at. The elevator keeps you up all night do to it being in the middle of the hotel with its circular design, the room itself hasn't been update nor kept up with, the bed was worn out, the cable didn't work, and most of the receptacles didn't work. Spend the extra 50.00 and get a nice hotel.

It was not expensive

This is the ultimate sleezy hotel: bad maintance, hardly breakfast ( I went out for it), malfunctioning elevators, and so on...

It is out of the city rush.

The food. No real restaurant.

Nothing. This hotel has no redeeming qualities.

No staff. No rooms w/ guaranteed and paid reservation. Room filthy, Hotel filthy

Not Clean,furniture and building in disrepair,staff were anything but friendly or helpful,found chewing gum on the bedside lamp and cockroaches on the wall

This hotel was horrible, the only reason I stayed was the fact that I could not cancel my reservation and be refunded. I took pictures of the room to bring to booking.com attention. They also switched me from a king room into a 2 bed double but there was only 1 bed. The actual room had mold growing, the walls were separating from the ceiling, exposed plumbing and extreme water damage along he walls themselves. I was very tempted to just sleep in my car. This hotel really should be removed as an option from the website and closed by the board of health. I plan to contact the site directly and contact the board of health in PA when time permits. Sorry, there is nothing good about this facility to include the staff.

Please, if you have any choice do not stay here. This facility needs to be inspected by the board of health and closed down. I took pictures and plan to report it. This is to include the structural integrity of the building. If you are planning to stay here I suggest that you take the stairs and not the elevator for your own safety.

It was close to the stadium and just inside the City so we didn't have to travel thru Philly.

Website stated "renovations taking place" and we understand that BUT...the rooms were filthy and in bad repair (our toilet paper holder kept falling out thru a hole in the wall; outlets were loose; some cable channels did not work on tv; no wi-fi or internet access unless you went down and sat in public lobby area). These things are things that are not affected by renovations...just shoddy housekeeping and maintenance that should be kept up daily.

Very nice view over the town. Personnel was very nice and did its best to help .

Notice same insects in the room. Not good smell all inside the hotel. Impossible to open the window.

Price and location

The elevator is old, makes noise and needs to be repaired/changed

It´s close to the city of Philadelphia but not to expensive. The staff was very friendly!
