The old air conditioning unit left in the room. The tile in bathroom was cracked and old. Also the windows open all the up. Not safe at all.
Two room changes before we found an air-conditioner that worked? Why? When we did find one, it ran all night long with no turn-off. But that was still better than no air-conditioner at all. And why after our bringing the first room deficiency to the attention of staff did they send us to a second room with the same problem? Thus three rooms before we got one that worked! Come on!
Beds were quite comfortable. Room was basically good, but you have some serious air-conditioning/heating problems in this building.
No light bulbs apparently stolen carpets in bad condition, new carpets were on site.
The manager was doing best he could under difficult circumstances.
The door that's locked in our room was being played with a lot buy the guest next door to us. I felt like they were going to open it
The portable crib availability
*Bathroom was dirty, toilet not clean!!!! *Carpeting was filthy *The couple next to me fought all night, throwing/slamming things, slamming the door over and over, screaming obscenities. I called the front desk, but yet it continued until early in the morning. *There were two women out front changing clothes in the parking lot. Really classy!!
There really wasn't much choice. Only one option within walking distance, which after a day driving was boring.
The odor in the room
Quiet location. Elevator to the second floor. Breakfast service
It wasn't clean on the carpets very old and tired ..needs Reno
I liked the bed and was a large rm
The room down stairs was so dirty that in the bathroom I cleaned the counter top off before my wife saw. She would have said im not staying here and I already paid. The carpeting well lets just say worn out would be a understatement..... definagtely worth $ 25.00 but we paid $ 63.00
The breakfast was good. The room upstairs we had was nice but after coming back from our trip we stopped gain because they said the spa was fixed. It was but very very dirty...
Wifi was sketchy
Very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room. Great beds. Has microwave and frog in room.
Room smelled curtains dirty lights didn't work carpet dirty
Thermostat ticked constantly.
Felt very safe for a woman travelling alone as doors are on inside of motel. Staff very friendly.
Providing a desktop but it is not connected to a printer. Notes: Customers need to print an air plan Boarding Pass
Interior clean, Good breakfast, Good Wifi, staffs are very nice.
For me, everything was right. Clean, comfortable, very friendly, helpful, free wireless internet (worked well)
Hallway carpet has a bad odor.
Quiet. Comfortable. Close to family I was visiting.
Our room smelled strange, but other roomes were ok.
Nice room, comfortable bed. Breakfast with freshly made waffles.
Not a very well kept facility.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
There were some minor cosmetic defects in the bath -- there were small screw holes that hadn't been patched where the shower rod and a light fixture had previously been attached. While the heater/ac fan was on when I first entered the room it still seemed stuffy. The solution was easy enough -- open the window. The long hallways can only be accessed from one end of the building. When you have a room at the opposite end of the hallway from the elevator and stairwell like I did, you can't park at the back of the motel to shorten the walk.
The motel offered everything I needed and expect from accommodations of this quality, and the price was reasonable. The room had a refrig. and microwave which is always a plus. The included breakfast was good -- typical of what I would expect -- hot and cold cereals, coffee and juices, yogurt, pastry/bagels, , and some fresh fruit.
This place was basically a truck stop. Looking for the hypodermic needles and hookra on my way into the lobby. I wouldn't let me dog stay there.
Need to move desk away from AC vent or put in a diverter.
Staff was so helpful, the coffee diner just down the road was excellent, Rusty's pizza was excellent.
Stains on carpet. Carpet needed cleaning not only in roon but hallway as well.
Room clean and in order. Huge spotless bathroom. Many pillows on bed. Room arrangement
didnt have a pool and advertisement said it did. jacuzzi wasnt workng. room had bad stains on carpet
