The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was excellent and clean...Overall a great time!
Staff very friendly, even got a freshly baked biscuit (scone) at breakfast. Breakfast included and it was quite a good buffet style. Walking distance to inner harbour & CBD.
Not a great deal to see in Baltimore but we were only there one day.
The location I felt was very good, it was a short walk to the aquarium. In fact, we walked everywhere for the 4 days we were there and never had any problems. The room was spacious and the lobby was very nice. The staff were very informative and took the time to explain the maps to me and draw out the best routes to take. They even helped us plan our route to Washington DC using the Marc Train.
45$ for parking for three nights was a bit excessive since the lot was uninsured. If the lot was insured I would be happy to pay that price. But just to rent a space, that's ridiculous. Also, I have a gluten allergy and while I found options to eat during breakfast it would have been nice to have had a cereal or something I could eat.
The hotel was clean, quiet and had spacious rooms. Very affordable.
There is a small park at the end of the block where transients camp for the night. We made sure we took a cab home & it was fine.
Clean, modern, nice staff, quiet.
Wifi was a bit slow, but adequate.
The room was really nice, beds comfortable and lots of electric outlets. Breakfast was great and the attendant, Debi, was super friendly.
Our Mapquest directions were wrong and we had a difficult time finding the location especially with so many one way streets in Baltimore
Location, cleanliness, cost, and great breakfast, with coffee all day long.
On the second floor the emergency vehicle sirens did disturb sleep.
staff was great, rooms were clean, breakfast in the morning was perfect, shuttle service worked out great for going to fells point
they charge for you to park in their lot, also the hotel it's self was perfect however stepping out of the hotel was much to be desired the immediate area is in desperate need of a makeover!!!
their staffs where exceptionally professional
The Room was big and clean and just a few blocks away from inner harbor and main streets in Baltimore. Would def. stay there again.
Convenient to Charmer Bus. Many Breakfast choices. Afternoon snacks on 10/23/14
No nearby Restaurants.
The staff was wonderful. Very helpful in getting us taxi service to Inner Harbor. Very nice Happy Hour set up as well as a nice Breakfast Bar.
Can't fault the location, the facilities, the staff or the room. The equivalent in London would cost so much more. In addition, the staff were exceedingly helpful.
No negative feedback.
The location. We did not feel comfortable walking off the premises. However, local transportation was prompt and fairly priced.
During our trip we stayed at Three Hotels/Motels, and Sleep Inn was definitely the BEST. The entire front desk staff were very warm and friendly. I would recommend Sleep Inn to everyone.
We had no problems other then it rained when we were there.
Friendly staff...nice location...minutes from waterfront and Little Italy. very good value for the money
Let me park motorcycle in dent of building. Didn't charge for parking bike. Staff was nice.
A little pricey, but then you are down town. Pretty easy trip to Johns Hopkins about 15min drive
The staff was very helpful. When we needed anything, towels, etc. They even sent out a package for us. The breakfast was also very good. The room was modern and clean. Just the way I like it!
The location wasn't horrible
Breakfast was very minimal. Parking fee. At check in I asked that a different card be charged than the one I made the reservation with and they still charged the original card. Not super inconvenient, but not what I expected.
Good value, helpful staff
I thought the location was bit sketchy.
Everyone was very nice and great breakfast
Everything good nothing negative
Very clean, good location, friendly staff.
Parked my car within 20 feet of Sleep Inn's Door; Staff very responsive and accommodating to requests; Morning breakfast
Don't recommend the breakfast coffee, tasted a day old; Don't recommend a stroll down to the harbor by way of the small park a block down from Sleep Inn-- while we slept in a bed at a ridiculous price, many were sleeping outdoors in the park. Take a cab instead.
