Sleep Inn & Suites Downtown Inner Harbor    

Very nice room & staff. AM breakfast a plus.

I didn't care for the surrounding area. Lots of homeless people lurking around made for a safety concern.

Shower! Parking!

Price was a bit steep.

Very noisy. Party on my floor, woke me up at 2am and it took a v long time for the staff to deal with it. As a matter of fact the staff did not answer the phone when I tried to call and report the noise, so I had to get dressed and go downstairs at 2am to talk to them. I asked for a wake up call and it was forgotten. Subsequently I missed my flight, which resulted in a $800 fee. When I spoke to the manager on duty he didn't seem to care: he said a "I appologize" that was so automatic that it was clearly not honest. He didn't even have the decency to look me in the eyes.

Very clean, beds were comfortable, updated, quiet, peaceful setting Common breakfast options, but well-done. Sausage was not dried out and overcooked like other places. Eggs were fluffy.

Free wi-fi worked sporadically and didn't work at all in the evening/night. Very disappointing that I wasn't able to Skype with my family while I was on the trip.

My daughter had surgery at Johns Hopkins, the hotel was convenient to the hospital and provided shuttle. It was clean and had a convenient and free basket.

No close- by food available, had to have delivered (staff very helpful).

I liked the friendly staff and the wine and cheese welcome.

I didn't like animals staying in the rooms.

Felt clean, new, and very comfortable.

Location was a bit farther from inner harbor than I thought.

Parking was very very tight but seems like parking is hard to find there.

I really like staying here. The hotel had very modern decor. The beds were very comfortable and it offered a decent breakfast in the morning. The staff were very friendly.

Convenience. Location. Breakfast was okay. Wine and cheese reception was appreciated as we did not want to go anywhere.

The room was noisy. I could hear guests coming at late hours, which was a problem since we had early morning obligations. Also, we could always hear the plumbing from other rooms.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the room was a fair size. The parking facilities were convenient. The hotel was very close to the Power Plant Live complex which, whilst very quiet mid-week, is probably very busy and worth going to for a night-out on a weekend.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean!

There was alot of late night noise in the hallway, wonder if there is a way to sound proof the doors!

The hotel was convenient to the city's many attractions (blocks from Inner Harbor, historic district, entertainment and Little Italy restaurants). It was also nice to see a reuse of a historic building. The rooms were large enough and the beds comfortable. While minor, it's worth noting that, unlike most hotels, the offerings in the vending machines were reasonably priced.

While my wife and I enjoyed our time in your facility, I do have some suggestions. The design of the bathroom (we stayed in Room 215) is such that when you open the door to turn on the shower, it's almost impossible not to get hit with water leading to spillage on the floor. It appears that the shower head needs an adjustment as the water shot out at different areas of the faucet. Parking was extremely tight but understandable considering the lot available and the number of rooms on site. Our only other minor issue was when we arrived back at our room in the afternoon we received an envelope under our door notifying us that there were complimentary snacks and drinks in our room. When we found none we checked with the front desk attendant who said she wasn't aware of the note and didn't have any such treats at the front desk. It's not as if we needed the items, but it would have been nice to have them provided in light of the note.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy.

There were no refrigerators.

Cold breakfast

I reserved a room with a king size bed. When I arrived, the desk clerk said there were none available. She tried to switch me to a room with a double. I wanted to talk to the manager and the desk clerk said no one was available. After a pause,she finally gave us a room with king size bed. (It had to be available the whole time). Later I asked for cork screw for a bottle of wine and she said she had none. The next day I asked another desk clerk the same request and he promptly lent me a spare cork screw to borrow. I would never go to this hotel again.

Nothing special about this hotel. The room we stayed in felt like a basement. Bad room layout. The bed was next to the door. The pale gray walls were depressing and cold. The flat screen was too small for the space. What do I expect for a sleep inn. My 7 year old liked the hot chocolate. I also didn't like having to pay $35 a day for my 4 pound puppy on top of the $15 a day for parking. No more sleep inns for this family.

Everything for the most part was great, especially the breakfast. The room is spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, and close to downtown.

Other guests arrived late at night and were extremely loud, refused to be quiet even after the staff came up to talk to them. However, the staff did not follow up by coming up again, nor did they kick the guests out.

The room is cute and service is so good that I have nothing to complain. Besides, the location is not bad.

Very nice hotel for the money, and located right downtown. I was pleasantly surprised by the very nice room. Great bed, big bathroom, nice TV. Excellent.

Don't walk around the hotel...homeless central.

It was just a good week end

I liked the price but was charged an extra 150$ causing my account to be overdrawn. I'm disputing this charge today.

standard of room and breakfast choice very good, good value

Location is not quite inner harbour, and a small area where you walk through to get to the harbour is very uncomfortable and intimidating. Would recomend getting a taxi to and back during the evening.
