Sleep Inn Brooklyn  

I love this hotel. It is my second favorite next to the Sleep Inn in downtown BK. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived the room had an unpleasant smell and the bathroom smelled like urine. I informed the front desk and they immediately changed my room, no questions asked. I love BK so the location was great and I had a great view of lower Manhattan. The subway is about a five minute walk away with about a 20 min ride into the city. This is my second stay here and I will stay here again!!!!!!

Good value for the price. Rooms were clean and the breakfast included hot food including scrambled eggs and sausage. Being able to park at the hotel was also a plus.

The area, no parking

We stayed in a no smoking room and floor but somebody smoked either next door or across the hall. The smell of cigarette smoke got inside our room and made me cough and have stuffed up nose.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated.

Front desk staff was not friendly. Walls were paper thin. Breakfast did not have much selection.

It was very relaxing, very clean and the view was not bad for it to be so affordable

Free parking but there were plenty of empty spots on the street, too. Free breakfast.

Industrial neighborhood, not walkable. The tiny room smelled a mixture of cigarette smoke and cheap perfume. The smoke detector was removed from the ceiling, wires were just dangling. Bathroom door had big, ugly stains, indicating never being cleaned or wiped before.

My second stay, liked everything, good value, a bit remote, but I have more time than money, so don't mind a ride on the subway to get to Manhattan. Will stay again.

The complimentary continental breakfast. The staff was friendly.

The lavatory was clogged, but next day was repaired. The toilet handle was disconnected from the tank, but managed to flush. Room cleaning was late in the afternoon.

I could see the Liberty Statue from window of my room. It's 5-10mins away from train station.

I think its neighborhood was about OK, although I didn't have any problem and it seems somehow safe area (but probably not the best area you can imagine). You should change a train in order to get to the Manhattan.

The room was perfect, with the extra-large bed.

I didn´t like the breakfast time, so many people at the same time with no places to sit. And during this time the elevator was occupate all time, if you want to hurry up, you had to go down by the stairs.

Staff were great. Room was clean.

Not really, but cleaners should pay more attentions to make sure towels and bed sheets are replaced on time.

The rooms were somewhat small.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Including the hotel manager all worker are very rude and sulky.their housekeepers broke my friend's laptop and they did not apologize for this.the hotel manager blame us for laptop he said it was your fault because you left the laptop on the floor.they did not want to take responsibility.

The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were cleaned every day.

Good hotel for its money. Clean and comfortable rooms. Near the subway station. The free parking places are available near hotel. The hotel staff is responsive and attentive.
