Surrounding neighborhood could be better.
Short walk to train...approx 15 mins or less to Manhattan.
Surrounding neighborhood not the best!
I like everything about it THE the room the area how nice and clean it is and everything time i go there its peaceful with a nice view
Not cold but not warm either.
Stayed at the Sleep Inn in Brooklyn (247 49th Street) for Thanksgiving. Even though they have limited parking, 8 or 9 spots, I was lucky enough to get a spot in the back every night of my stay. Bed was comfortable and the free wifi was great.
A fight broke out, as I was checking in, between a guest and his friend.
It was very comfortable
Lack of control over the room temperature.
The owner accomodate all our request, included the late check out.
Breakfast close very early (9,30) also in the week end. Far from direct subway to Manhattan, 10 minute walk from local subway. Just one elevator, often busy for housekeeping works. Not as clean as wondered.
Very cost effective.
Inability to regulate room temperature to my liking.
As always the overall value is very good for the price.
The room lacked heat during this visit.
It was comfy and quiet, and breakfast was ok. For the price it was worth it
The service was smooth! Room was clean and very comfortable. Definitely recommending this location to all of my friends.
This hotel grasps the concept of comfort because every time I have been very comfortable.
That the hdmi on the tv didn't work when we wanted to play a game.
Housekeeping was spot on
The way guests slam doors
The bed was so comfortable and close to the subway
Bed | Wifi | Friendliness
The immediate area.
This place needs a face lift
quiet, parking, clean
There were bugs in our bed, they were biting us while we were trying to fall asleep. We changed our room at night so we didnt sleep almost the whole night. In the next day I asked a manager Mona to give a discount because of that problem. She said that she saw only 1 bug so she could give 50% off for 1 night only (we stayed 2 nights). Stuff was not freindly with us although we were very upset. Finally manager Mona said there was noting to be worryed about because she had already given our money back to our credit card. She promised we would take our money in a couple of days. We returned home 6 weeks ago, we stiil dont get our money back. When I asked her by e-mail she just said nothing to me. Nobody said sorry, they just cheated us saying that had already given the money back. I cant belive they acted like this with us. That was the worst staying in the hotel and the worst stuff wich I ever saw. Были клопы. Менеджер сказала, что вернула нам часть денег, но обманула. На почту не отвечает. Отель категорически не советуем.
Mostly clean room, friendly staff, decent value, semi-close to subway, kind of close to Manhattan (0.5-1 hour via R/N train)
Only basic DTV (no HD), proximity to subway (about 6 blocks/0.5 miles/15-20 min. uphill to 45th St.), shady neighborhood (very dark at night), awful breakfast
Good deal for the price
I area is pretty industrial. We would have preferred to be closer to coffee shops, restaurants.etc
Right on the bus line and close to subway. Clean, comfortable rooms
The neighborhood wasn't very nice
Within walking distance to subway. Reasonable price.
No air conditioning. Leak in bathroom sink.
Staff was friendly and handled check-in quickly and professionally. Room was clean and smelled clean. My room was on the first floor (street side). I was worried lobby and street noise would be a problem; it wasn't. We slept great. The free continental breakfast had a lot to offer.
We like to walk around a lot. Not much to see and parts of the area are a bit run down.
