Cheap Ok rooms

-no coffee at breakfast! (when we asked to make some more, they took 30 minutes to do it) -no towels in the room (we had to call them and they asked us to go get them at the reception desk) -they did not make the bed or clean the room, on the second day

Christin, the night staff was wonderful. We had problems she solved right away Gave her same list and in about 10 minutes she had moved us too another room. Hot water in shower towel rack didn't break. She was very pleasant , professional and caring. Friday night I for got map to parade , She got one for me. She is wonderful her I would do excellent

The day staff- got our problem list and ignored it. The hot water in shower not hot and towel rack broke in room. Went out for day and nothing fixed. He gave staff good. He was really fair. no bath tub. was told for disabled people daughter is special needs next time I know

the hotel ran out of shampoo?!? And there was a huge musty wet spot in the hallway. I walked barefoot to the vending machine in the middle of the night and about threw up when I heard the squish under my foot and smelled it. there's no way staff hadn't been able to notice that, even WITH shoes on

The towel rack over the toilet in the bathroom needed to be reattached to the wall. The window could be opened, but did not have a screen. The website were I booked my reservations, the option stated "Double Room with Double Beds". So, I booked a reservation after making two phone calls to confirm that it was two rooms for this price; therefore, I booked the reservation. When we arrived, we were told it was only one room with two beds. So, I would suggest better wording on the ad.

Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was benefit.

Carpet was filthy - didn't look like it has been vacuumed for several weeks. Sink was plugged and took forever to drain.

The soom they put me in was occupied when I opened the door a lady was in the room.

The staff was horrible and rude!!!

The room was clean and the decor was nice.

I had no fault with Sleep Inn Denver Tech.

I did not like the fact that the staff was unfriendly, the pool was freezing, no ice machines on any floors except the first floor, the cleaning staff did not clean our room (only made the beds) and if you needed something you had to hunt them down because they were not at the front desk, EVER! I know next time I will stay some place that I pay a little more money for better service.

Convenient and uncrowned location

The cost of the stay and location were beneficial for my scheduled meeting the following morning.

Quite a few rules, but they may have been necessary from other customers. When checking in, they did not have a record of the reservation from your organization. Luckily they still had rooms available but at a higher price. I will not be using your services again.

Very friendly staff and a great room at a reasonable rate. Will return to Sleep Inn Motels.

Location was convenient.

Gave us key to rm with someone in it. Then a rm without microwave. Final rm door to bath broken.

I will always give Sleep Inn my business. I could not believe the value for what we received. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and quite and the all around atmosphere was exceptional with a very friendly staff.

The breakfast area was just a bit small for the amount of guests. They need at least 1 more waffle machine to help get people in and out faster. Because 1 machine takes to long the guests can wait up to a half hour or more to eat. Other than that everything else was very nice.

They try to make me paid 15 dollars more than the price I had booked with your site.

It was quiet, which was what I was after. It was clean and friendly. The pool was really chilly but I enjoyed water walking anyway. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was limited.

We just ran up for the weekend to stay after a concert. It was such a nice and clean sleep. Customer service, outstanding. We had a room that smelled like smoke, even though clean, they changed us out immediately with no questions. The breakfast was simple but nice. Our room was a little noisy and only because it faced the highway traffic. Other than this, so nicde and we'd stay again!

The staff was very helpful and breakfast was great!

The price was fantastic. One of the nicer places that I have stayed on my trip and the least expensive by far!

My only complaint was that the water for the shower was not very hot, luke warm at best, otherwise, great hotel.

Fairly far from our daily destination in Littleton

Not a good value, no wi-fi in room as advertised, pool area unattractive, breakfast food ran out and had poor service, television a small box. Elevator broken, rooms were clean but this was not a great hotel.
