Sleep Inn JFK Airport    

Hotel was very clean and modern, which exceeded expectation. Staff were friendly, and the shuttle bus service was great. Good choice for a stop-over rest near the airport.

Truthfully, we were on the way home from Europe, had missed a night's sleep, zonked out as soon as we got in and got up at 5 AM to get a cab to La Guardia. It was a perfect place for us to stay. We were very impressed with the staff. The young man who drove over to JFK to pick us up was a delightful addition to our long trip. He was poised and polite and we had a great time talking to him. Both evening and morning staff were polite and helpful. Very impressive in such a short meeting.

I stayed at the hotel one night, and was charged for it 3 times! Then they did refund one payment, but not more, ie they made me pay for the same room twice. When I called the hotel, they refused to connect me to the manager. The stuff had no clue what was going on. They were also extremely rude on the phone. The hotel refuses to refund my payment and now I have to contact my lawyer. DO NOT STAY THERE! TERRIBLE PLACE!

I liked the room and the kindness of the receptionist. I also like the availability of an ATM in the hall.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't have the breakfast I paid for (breakfast time should be shaped according the shuttle service, so be available at least from 5.30). I didn't like that the shuttle service stops at 11 p.m..

I thank the attention of manager Wendy, she was very friendly and nice to me. The clerk reception anne Miss Kay was responsible for me to stay in the hotel most days as it extended my reservation and was very helpful. The official Mr Kareem helped me in the purchase of tickets by bus to Washington.

The local is very far to Manhatan, and the cabs (taxi) doesn´t write in the car on Jamaica Station (line e sub way)

Staff at the reception was very nice and professional.

I waited for 2 hours for the bus shuttle under cold weather whereas I informed days in advance that I am arriving and need transport. Did not get any message informing me that bus shuttle is not at the airport but elsewhere and when I called after waiting at Federal Circle for 30 minutes, I was told that the shuttle will only come 90 minutes later. I almost decided to go somewhere else....

I came in late from airport. Shuttle stopped at 11 so had to a taxi, cost $25.00. My purpose for staying there was to be close to airport and use their shuttle. My plane was 2 hours late.

Matches left on floor from previous tenant. Some smoke smell. But staff solved this problem immediately and seemed to care.

Hotel was perfect for closeness to JFK airport for an early morning flight. The free shuttle pick up and drop off service was excellent. Room was modern, comfortable, clean and everything we needed for an overnight stay before returning to UK on early morning flight

Walls were a bit thin and unfortunately we had very noisy neighbours. The location of the hotel did not encourage us to go out for the evening but local take-aways offer free delivery to the hotel.

We were on the first floor and it was a bit noisy

Because of delayed flight I arrived ar JFK after 12 midnight. I went to the shuttle area and no shuttle. I called the phone number on their card a few times and no answer. I had to arrange for other transportation.The cost was $26. The hotel is in an industrial area. A bit scary.
