Score from 57 reviews Very good
Very clean buildings and room. Beautifully landscaped and welcoming. Quiet, comfortable room.
Would like a little more variety for breakfast.
Location. Travel advice from front desk person.
Bed not very comfortable.
The quality of the workmanship in the construction and finish. Very distracted desk staff.
Just about everything
Wi fi dropped out no apparent reason and we couldn't get back on
Breakfast "international" !
The price for the facility was good.
Asked for assessible rooms but not available
I had a good night's sleep as the facility was quiet.
The bed was superior, cleanliness was great, and access was superior.
I didn't like that floor that was requested wasn't available even checking at 5:00 pm. cleaning of the upper floors was apparently still be done. Don't like the bottom floor rooms.
Everything was great except for the pillows.
Pillows are absolutely terrible. They are so uncomfortable and make trying to get a good rest is impossible. Had to buy a new pillow in order to get some sleep.
Staff was helpful and cheerful.
I would like more variety for breakfast, but I did appreciate a hot meal and not just fruit and rolls. I enjoyed what we had, I would have just like a little variety.
On checking in, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable, the bed was fantastic, everything was clean and simply satisfying as you would expect from this type of hotel
When I was there, the wifi was very poor.
I like a comfortable bed! Everything else is secondary; but on top of having comfortable beds, it was a nice hotel in a fine enough location and was clean and reasonably priced.
I didn't like their complimentary breakfast. The choices were pretty slim pickings for a vegetarian. And when i went down there were no waffles and no way to make them so that was confusing. It isn't a deal breaker for me since I am used to looking around a bit for something to eat. Just the one thing i didn't really like. Also, they didn't have secured wi fi. That doesn't make sense to me.
Clean, tidy and acceptable. Good breakfasts.
The only small critisism is that we book a double room and there is only one chair. Someone always has to sit on the bed which is not comfortable.
the room was really clean, I like the staff really friendly.
the beds are big and clean but the quality of bed was not how I expected to be.
Nice and helpful staff
House keeping didn't come to clean room three days out of four
Ice machine on the third floor did not work and we were not notified when we checked in.
The staff was rude, the room key never worked. The Air went out, I had ask a question about the laundry mat and the front desk Daniella was very rude.
bathroom very small
good breakfast, nice pool, clean rooms
Close to an excellent restaraunt and gas
A bit difficult to find off of the freeway.
The bed was very comfortable, but the building is very dated and the furnishings, furniture and carpeting are very old and worn. Entire building needs updating.
See explanation above.
Every thing was so nice. It made it easy for us on a fixed income to go see our grandson wrestle in the Utah nationals.
The location was very well kept, not only around the hotel itself, but the surrounding area. It's located within walking distance of a large mall and various other stores. There's a major roadway about a block away, however this didn't disturb our sleep as the traffic died down later in the night. The only negative thing I'd have to comment on is the lack of good restaurants in the area; however this isn't the fault of the hotel, it's just part and parcel of staying in that sort of an area. We had dinner at the Sizzler restaurant; being Canadian, I'd only heard of the place and didn't know what it'd be like. It's very busy, very noisy, has an open salad buffet which I didn't like - I watched kids touching the displayed food and people coughing on it. Very unappetizing. The food is heavy and greasy. If you eat there, get one order - it will easily feed two adult Canadians. It would be nice if the front desk had brochures or flyers for really good restaurants with reviews based on GOOD food presented in an appetizing way. Whenever we asked for recommendations from anyone, we seemed to directed to "more bang for your buck" restaurants rather than quality food. Other than that, the hotel itself, the bed comfort and cleanliness was great.
