Sleep Inn Phoenix Airport    

Room was small and there were permanent stains on carpet. We found sand like dirt on one of the bedsheets.The pool surface was covered in yellow pollen so we did not use it- disappointing in 100 degree heat! And air conditioner was noisy

Breakfast

Location was great to get to the airport. When one has an early flight having the breakfast really helps.

The chairs in front of the desk are way to big, they get in the way when one is trying to get there luggage into the room.

The location to the airport, great breakfast, and the shuttle service offered, and the friendly staff.

The fact that you have to get the hotel shuttle to the airport then another shuttle to pick up a rental car, it would be great if the hotel offered to take you right to the car rental place as it is not very far from airport.

After traveling for 14 hours it took the shuttle almost 45 min to get to airpt which is 5 min from hotel!! Upon arrival we were given a room (while desk mgr was on a call - rude) we got to the very smelly room with a window open and an inoperable air conditioner! We had to go all the way down to main lobby there was no apology just a new key to another smelly room!! The carpeting was disgusting and there was a lingering moldy smell. Very very disappointed and will not stay or recommend anyone else stay there and we try to visit family in Phoenix every year.

The room was spacious and a king size bed was really comfortable everything was clean and they had a excellent breakfast hot as well as a continental would suit everybody.

I don't think there is anything I did not like

Proximity to highway and airport. Beds were very comfortable. Laundry at the hotel was convenient.

Coffee in the room and at breakfast was horrible. Hot breakfast needed some variety and or better quality. Microwave only turned on or off when plugged in or unplugged. The timer control was broken.

king bed comfy with plenty of pillows and soft sheets. Fairly good water pressure for shower.

Highway noise, but I'm sure that can't be helped. Woken several times to others opening/closing their doors. Could leave the taters tots out of the breakfast menu.

I liked that it was close to Tempe Diablo stadium and that it was under $100 a night. I also liked that it had a pool and free breakfast.

It was a little run down, room was crowded and a little smelly. The breakfast was okay, not great. I probably wouldn't stay there again.

I didnt like two things, first the desk person forgot to send the free shuttle to pick me up when I called. Also my room faced the freeway and even with the window closed and the blinds closed it was still quite noisy

The young man at the desk was very helpful giving us directions! We would have been driving around for hours trying to find an open gas station/convenience store for a person to speak with. The lighting above the sink was better than most.

The pocket door to bathroom was not on the track - could not move it without a lot of noise. The toilet lid did not fit appriopriately - it was not meant for this model. The traffic noise kept me awake.

Value for money! The room was clean and practical and it was really comfortable to stay and the staff was friendly too.

Whenever I needed something the staff was there. Never had to wait. Really close to the airport which was perfect. The room was great. The staff was awesome. Would stay there again,and I would recommend to friends. Very happy with the hotel. Thank you for having pink lemonade.

Option to get food delivered. Flexibility - I was able to check in one day earlier to when I had booked. Complimentary breakfast!

The breakfast is a great idea, however, I believe it could be better. e.g. wider variety / other options to choose from. In the heat, I wonder why the pool was heated, and not cool. Overall, a great stay.

It was convenient for the Airport, the staff were great, the rooms clean and comfortable, we had all we needed for a one night stay, we were picked up from the Airport, taken for something to eat by courtesy car and picked up later, all in all it was perfect.

They have smoking rooms that were clean and did not reak of stale smoke because you were able to open the window and allow fresh air in the room in the mornings when it was cool outside. The refrigerator & microwave were also nice accomodations.

We needed more than one ashtray.
