Was very clean. Pillows were the best!! Breakfast if great ( waffle iron sticks though and there should be 2 of them I think. Shuttle perfect. Nicest, friendliest staff. You should be proud!!

The room was clean. The staff were considerate. The continental breakfast was tasty. It was also really close to a free shuttle to the convention center. I will definitely be coming back next year.
Staff was very good and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Valet bus service was very good with very friendly driver.
Location was hard to find. Remodeling detracted from appearance. No swimming pool.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was easy to find and there was enough variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was not far from the airport but did not hear the planes overhead. Good price for a comfortable room.
The motel was difficult to find after dark since there was not a sign visible from the road. We could not have one person use the sink while another closed the bathroom door--no room. There was a cockroach that ran across the desk/table as we were eating dinner in the room. We were not told hours for breakfast and almost missed it.
Convenient to our destination with easy access. Price was in line.
There was no refrigerator/ice bucket in the room. Staff nice, however with renovation going on, appears they needed to be more attentive to the needs of the guest. Room not cleaned one day. Commode broke.

My husband and I came to baltimore for a concert, we wasn't informed until arrival, that the hotel was under renovations, according to the amenities a refrigerator was to be included, but when we arrived in the room, their was no refrigerator, let the front desk know, a refrigerator was placed in the middle of the floor, all the ice machines were out of order, first night the front desk receptionist was very accommodating in getting ice for us, the second night the front desk receptionist was not as accommodating, she wanted us to go to the room, ( our room was on the 6th floor) get our bucket and come back down, or if we had cups so ice can be put in, then the toilet got backed up, we informed the front desk and they had to search for a plunger and when it was found, they bought it to the room and left, no assistance offered or wait to see if it got fixed, no common courtesy or consideration....unhappy in VA
Quiet area. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast, shuttles to the inner harbor & hospital, if needed. Free newspapers, nice staff, if you could keep them focused. They didn't always seem to know what to do or how to handle situations & if someone wasn't around to assist them then they just blew it off & wouldn't help the customer with that issue. Just excuses.......
No laundry area for guests to use, no other breakfast meats, limited dry cereal choices, limited yogurt choices, prefer in prepackaged cups in different flavors & light. No pancakes, no s/f syrup. D.rm staff that comes out talking loud. You should put families w/kids on one floor so as not to disturb others. Vending machine empty for at least 2 days on the 10th floor. Dinner meal takeing to long to get & not quite what expected. Prices a littles steep on lunch/dinner menu. The 18% for rm. Service is way to much, when you are just down stairs!!! Need more sugarfree desserts, more items for the health concious person or people that have had gastric bypass, & diabetics. Like baked chicken, grilled chicken, real turkey,(white meat), fruit in own juices or splenda, other vegetable choices besides. Not all starches, we can't all have starches,bbq chicken w/reg sauce or hawaiian sweet & sour sauce.have the meals buffett style like you do breakfast. The customers like that. Also sweet tea. There are a lot of southerners that come up there & that is there drink!!! Also other s/free non carbonated, caffein free drinks should be available as well, other than tea & water. Rates of rm were higher than told on phone & on line,upon arrival. Why was I charged an energy use fee??? We don't do that here in nc.. The refrigerator froze my 1/2 gallon of milk unopened that I put in the door. Had to throw away. I needed for my protein shake, part of my health diet regimen. There was/is a hole in the wall under the curtains over the window. Color scheme doesn't work. Who picks out colors for hotels?? They never match!!!! Why???? You need bright, cheerful, matching, coordinating colors for walls, flooring furniture etc. didn't get my rewards points for my 2 night stay. They refused, since I booked through booking.com. At the time I did not know you had to book through bw. Directly.

Website said Spa Tub, which was the reason we chose to go out of our way to this hotel. Upon arrival we found out that not only was the room we reserved not one with a Spa tub as the website said, but that if we wanted to upgrade to one it would cost approximately $50 more. We were able to get a slight discount off that as if we had booked through another site, but overall disappointed by our experience. Would like Booking.com to find way to compensate us for the extra money and hassle we faced as a result of their inaccurate listing.
The hotel is currently being remodeled, but the staff were very accommodating and went to great lengths to make sure that everything was to the patrons satisfaction.

That I reserved a room with a spa and when I checked in, all I had was a shower. Breakfast could have been better. And the should not have been open while restorations were going on.
They were doing construction at 8am in the morning that including banging and did not inform the guest of this
How the place look and the breakfast was good . that is it.
Well they did not clean the room all they did was put the same sheet back on the bed .really didn't take the sheets off they just made the bed .then they put wet towels back in the bath .yes the hung them back up dirty and all they did not vacuum at all. So I was very unhappy. And to top it off they charged me a different price then what I was supposed to pay .my price through book.com was 170.00 for to nights they charged me 200.00 so they charge me regularly price .
No clock in the room and the remote for the TV didn't work properly
Upon arrival the staff was excellent, doing my entire stay the staff went beyond the call of duty. There was one young lady at the front desk on 4/10/2014 in the morning that really knows the meaning behind real customer service. She found us a tire shop and even offered that sympathetic ear.
The only thing I would have changed about my stay would have been the smart remarks made by the lady attending the breakfast bar. This lady was nice and nasty. My overall opinion of her was not very customer oriented.

A fuse/breaker popped and there was no fuse box in room and maintenance wasn't avail.if the guy at the front desk couldn't find it I would've had to wait till 7am for maintenance,and this was at 2am after waiting for 30 minutes for the guy to find the fuse box

The room was close to the elevator but very quiet. The proximity of the ice and vending machines was great. The quality of the continental breakfast was also good, except for the orange juice guard on the four ounce cups.
The guard and limit of the orange juice at breakfast was a turn off. After day two we decided that breakfast was not a necessity. Although we requested a smoking floor. We were overwhelmed by the strength of the smoke smell. Maybe an odor eliminator once in a while may help. By the time we checked out the smell in the room had improved immensely.
Every thing was great, especially the the breakfast bar.
