One weird thing was that our King suite was just one big room, no partition separating the bed from sofa and chairs. Nothing wrong with this, just strange. Maybe that was because we asked for a handicapped room?

Clean and well appointed room. Hotel was also clean and in good shape.

Dog kennel next to the hotel (lots of barking until the dogs are put inside for the night). Shuttle is shared with multiple hotels and leaves 10 minutes before its designated time.

Long milk route shuttle ride from & to the airport. Took 1/2 hour + the wait for pick up.

Room was great.

I made reservation 6 months in advance. I requested a baby bed for my 9 month old. When I arrived I was told they only had 1 baby bed and another customer was using it. That upset me. The 9 mth old had to sleep with me and my husband. That was dangerous. They should have more than1 baby bed

The shuttle was confusing and the airport had no info on the Sleep Inn Suites. Also we killed a cockroach in our room.

La camera dava su un canile quindi c'era un continuo abbaiare di cani, per fortuna non di notte. poca professionalità dello staff: avevamo telefonato dallaeroporto per farci inviare lo shuttle, ma dopo ben un'ora di attesa abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi

limpio, buena ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto, especial para cuando te cancelan el vuelo ya que es economico, y el desayuno incluido, volveria otra vez y lo recomiendo.

Nous avons été logé dans une chambre qui donnait sur un chesnil privé avec les aboiements associés: innapoceptable!!!!!

No informaron que para el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto había que llamar al hotel.

El hotel es muy limpio, amplio, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y en general tiene muy buenas prestaciones incluyendo el traslado aeropuerto, el cual funciona muy bien. Aunque la piscina es pequeña, en general lo recomiendo mucho, vale la pena. El personal es atento, especialmente una chica joven que me atendió fue muy servicial.

Lo unico que no me gustó es que no tiene restaurante ni cafetería y solo hay cómida rápida a los alrededores, si no vas en coche es fatal porque hay que conformarse con comida rápida tipo americana, grasosa y poco saludable. Hay que comprar el agua, el hotel no pone agua embotellada.

The staff were friendly enough. The room in and of itself was clean and comfortable enough.

I had a non smoking room. I did not like the fact I had to walk through a hallway stinking of cigarette smoke to get to my room. Considering the limited places to eat around the hotel, I thought that the prices of the room service were a little too high, as if taking advantage of the situation.

El trato del personal dejaba mucho que desear. El desayuno no era gran cosa y la variedad escasa.

Good value for the money and close to airport. Has free shuttle.

There was no remote control for the tv and no table to put the luggage. The shuttle was not identified as the hotel´s shuttle, I had to call and ask.
