Could have been cleaner

I was pleasantly surprised, the reason we stayed here was because we needed to go to the airport early the next morning- previously we had been staying in Palm Coast and before that in a resort in Orlando. The room we stayed in with you was perfect- better then perfect because the price was unbeatable.

I liked everything- only one thing I would change & that would be a private sink rather then one out in view of the room. But that's just my personal preference.

Absolute worst hotel I have stayed in. I was so disappointed, if I had not pre-paid with booking.com, I would have left immediately. My daughter took a shower, once the mirror steamed up, the words "get out" showed up on mirror. My kids were terrified to sleep there. Obviously the cleaning staff does not clean the bathroom mirrors thoroughly. Carpet ripped, toilet broke, blankets were disgusting & old. Room 109 I plan on calling Sleep Inn corporate to demand a refund. Booking. Com disappointed that you don't check your hotels!!

We arrived early after a cruise, Staff was very accomodating and allowed us to check in early. The free shuttle to the airport (which was only 10 minutes away) was terrific! The room was large and comfie with huge bathroom. Best of all the staff was wonderful!

Nothing special, but adequate.

Airport shuttle - took way too long and we were lied to about how long before it would arrive. Also, the shuttle was for more than one hotel.

HAD problem with travellers checks. First they said they took them then they said they did not and then they took them anyway.

room was nice and clean, bathroom was nice. price was excelent, close to seaworld.

Paid Cash usd 134 including taxes of the room on arrival as asked by the reception staff. Even after that My card was charged usd 134. The Hotel was not satisfied with this again charged the card second time with usd 147 . so stayed for one day and paid for three and half days. The Hotel travel desk Mr Mike cheated me of usd 250 and my time of one day and harrasement that my next trtip was cancelled.

Nice to have a tv whilst having breakfast, but having the news on all about murders, guns, prostitutes and drugs not really very welcoming images for younger children. Freaked them out !

We planned on staying for 10 days to explore the Orlando area. However on the second night I lai d in bed listening to a couple fighting and screaming in the room next door or above. All I know is I was waiting to hear a gunshot. I was scared of what was going to happen next. The following day we looked for another hotel and moved on.

They should not charge $7.00 to take their guests to the rental car facilities. That is wrong.
