Our business was in st.Louis, but we thought it would be less hectic if we stayed in slidell, worse mistake ever, the room smelled like smoke, we had to go to Wal-Mart and buy linen because there were strands of hair on the sheets and the comforter smelled like feet. I would never stay there again or recommend it. We left and went to the Hollywood.
exterior and parking lot was worn.
Easy Interstate access. Close by restaurants.
I'm fine with them no complaints.
Staff very nice and knowledgeable.
Average breakfast No separate iron & ironing board in each room. Rooms badly need upgrades; bathroom fixtures, etc.
Location and I felt safe. Ok for the price
Sort of run down condition.
The location. There was a lot of things close to the property.
Could have newer t.v.
The pillows were very comfortable.
The appearance is poor. It has no appeal to stay again.
Kingsize room was fine.
Small bathroom. Limited parking
The bed was hard and not stable
Poor cleaning. Noisy A/C. Holes in wall.
Terrible plumbing. When someone in the room above takes a shower, the plumbing reverberates. We were kept awake by someone taking a very long midnight shower in the room above us. The management was not very helpful.
Good clean rooms and housekeeping
Breakfast was pretty basic, would have liked a little bit extra
Staff were very friendly and it was close to I10.
There were roaches in the room. The money I paid was not worth the stay. I had to keep worrying about whether I was going to transport roaches home.
Staff was excellent and wanted to make me happy.
Room smelled smokey.
It was a place to stop by and just move on.
The air conditioning did not work at all.
I liked the deal I got for my stay. The room was clean.
It was sort of difficult to find. The staff was disorganized and not friendly. I went down for breakfast and the front desk attendant had stepped out to smoke. He seemed put out to have to go inside so I could get breakfast. I reserved a king room. When I got there, I didn't get a king room. I got a double queen.
