Staff were exemplary, particularly the concierge.. availability of luxury car drop off in the area..Phillipe Starck design fit out...comfort of room & amenities...room service...bar/pool area Having to leave..

Funky style, friendly staff, concierge staff fantastic . Luxury car that took us anywhere within 2 mile radius of hotel. Not your average hotel. No tea/coffee facility in room. Bed not as luxurious as Hilton hotel, expected better for the price. Bathroom not noise-proof & too dark. Large stain on carpet, definitely not a good look on first entering room.

We had a fabulous stay. Highly recommend it. All the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel offered complimentary chauffeur service. A big thank you to Jose. We will be coming back.

Great design for esthetics. Poor customer service. Room had great looks in design but really poorly designed for function. It was all about the scene. Checked in at 5:00 to an hour long line and room not ready.

90% of my stay A thing that annoyed was the availability of the suite that I applied for. I was given a room for 3 nights then they moved me to the suite that I booked.

Great room. Great in-room dinning staff. Super clean. Poolside service was the worst. The staff was overwhelmed. There were far too many people for the limited staff. Took forever to get drinks, and a menu. We were there all day, would have spent twice as much had we had someone come by more often. Kitchen had also ran out of our order.

The best part of your hotel is the Concierge Freddo and your waiter Alexander. The rest of the staff should go on a customer service course, especially the girls in the bar/breakfast area. The hotel is definitely stylish but there is no point being stylish if you are without substance! Our room had a jar with a smashed lid and a door handle to the wardrobe that held the safe in it. We advised front desk twice during our stay of 2 nights and nothing was done. These items could have potentially caused serious injuries. The rooms are also very noisy, you could hear traffic from street level and from the hotel corridor. We booked a room on the higher floors with a view of Beverly Hills, instead were checked into the lowest floor with a view of the medical centre. We were told that all the rooms had been allocated.

None, not meet the value of money, we paid too much for bad hotel services , not like any luxury hotel at all Their services are really slow and bad for 5 star hotel, Housekeeping are bad, when we check in there are no bathroom aminities in the room, no tea /coffee maker, the cleaning service are really bad, they forget to clean the bin and our luggages sent for 15 minutes later the front office system was also really bad, there are not good in managing the client remarks or request in their system. I stayed for 4 nites, 16-18aug for 01 room + 18-20aug for 2rooms. From the first time I checked in I already requested for connecting room or side by side for our extension night since we are family with small kids. The front desk officer and the,vice director of front office give us the room, who had the connecting door. but When we would like to extend n check in again for another extension room in the morning they said the key are not ready, they should make up the room, and the front officer promised to send the key to our room, but it seems they change the shift and not keep the promised until we like to got out for disneyland 2.30 pm the key was not ready yet. The other staff said that the connecting room already been occupied by other guest, and we should take for other option room, which not like as their promised before. Even we already check in n already paid by our credit card. We are really happy at all with their services.
