Great hotels - King Suites are definitely worth the upgrade.
Shower head/pressure wasn't as premium as you'd expect in this type of hotel.
So many problems with my booking. Could not check in charging 670 per night when I had already paid booking . Com
i liked the outdoor lobby we used to hangout a lot there. the rooms are spacious with excellent bathroom design.
i cant think of something i didnt like about SLS hotel, maybe the poor lights in the rooms.
1- All level of staffs are lovely, no exceptions. 2- The Spanish chef is great at Reiss restaurant " next to the lobby".
1- Arabic TV channels are off. 2- no bath tub . 3- Internet is interrupted, it needs refreshing every while: it is annoying.
Great pool facilities The tapas restaurant is out of this world - amazing food and cocktails. Excellent gym facilities
Bit overpriced but it's LA.
Great location close to good food good shopping. Definitely go back
We got the room above the restaurant entry can be noisy early in the morning but not a deterrent
Some of the rooms far away from alevator
The bazaar rest was very good as expected
Same old SLS as 5 years ago same exact furniture and room layout. Appears dated and pretentious. No reason To visit again. Need updated look feel and rooms. The fire alarms going off at 3am and 7am for no reason really lame
Cleaness , location, comfort, desion
very Expensive, staff
The Bar downstairs Staff Location
The decoration is a bit odd
Design Service Hotel Maintance Smell In rooms in corridors Restaurant down stairs-BAZAR friendly quick and professional service
Coffee maker inside the room is needed ( you have to ask and they will bring one) If you don't ask they won't fill the coffe supply and refresh the cups. The mattress is too soft, should consider to replace to something better
I liked the style of the hotel and that the people staying there were around my age
Not a lot, was pretty good overall, room cleaning wasnt up to par.
the atmosphere and location
Nothing popped out really.
Car service!! Make the most of it and the drivers are lovely :) staff were friendly
Went to dinner at the restaurant at the hotel... Tapas?!? Felt more like a dragged out degustation waiting up to 20mins between individual dishes and never getting offered a second cocktail! One of the longest meals of my life... After dinner we went to the bar to get our second drink for the night, wrong!!! Was ignored by all bar staff as they were busy serving only the males at the bar, even the ones arriving after us!! ... Shame we weren't two middle aged men with hair plugs and a Rolex!... Bad end to my first trip to the states and last night before flying all the way back to Australia!
Great Pool and nice Lounge
I arrived to the HOTEL at 3:00 PM but they kept me wait for 1 hour because the room is not ready and I was so tired after a long flight
The hotel decoration is amazing . , the room is huge and comfy. Location is amazing .
The lighting of the room is really bad specially at night. The staff not so friendly. I booked the room for 3 people and the gut on reception refuse to provide us with extra bed , says its against hotel policy were all 5 start hotel provide you with the same The hotel has a nice outdoor setting but guess what ? if you order something to drink you will be asked to carry your drink/food by yourself cause they don’t do service out there.
Very expensive relative to the facilities they provide
State of the Art and clean but the price not compatible it should be mush less .All in all comparing to Las Vegas Hotels
The price is to high in compair to Simler Hotels
Loved the interior design. Loved the coffee and apples in reception. Modern art, sculptures and interesting statement pieces everywhere. Staff were lovely and we got upgraded to a suite which was brilliant.
Reception a little too low lit to acutely check paperwork in near dark! Stylish -yes! functional -no!
Unreliable staff Too dark 4 out of 9 lights in room in function (fixed 3 myself) 2.5 hour check in time AFTER 15:00 (when check in begins) + unclear on when actual check in time will happen after multiple protests Pool opening times up to staff discretion (one day told pool service ends at 19:00 another day told pool service ends at 17:00) for a five star hotel that prides itself on a rooftop pool this is unacceptable Expensive (Espresso 7USD + 7USD charge to bring it to the room) No kettle in room After ordering a second glass of wine told by waiter in an "off-the-cuff" remark "oh having fun aren't we?" - not bad humour, but more for the pub then a Phillipe Starck hotel. All in all given the hotel and the status it implies, a very disappointing experience. Would strongly avoid.
Decoration, trendy, friendly staff.
We booked a room for 4 people, the beds were too small.
