    Design Service Hotel Maintance Smell In rooms in corridors Restaurant down stairs-BAZAR friendly quick and professional service

    Coffee maker inside the room is needed ( you have to ask and they will bring one) If you don't ask they won't fill the coffe supply and refresh the cups. The mattress is too soft, should consider to replace to something better

    I liked the style of the hotel and that the people staying there were around my age

    Not a lot, was pretty good overall, room cleaning wasnt up to par.

    Great Pool and nice Lounge

    I arrived to the HOTEL at 3:00 PM but they kept me wait for 1 hour because the room is not ready and I was so tired after a long flight

    The hotel decoration is amazing . , the room is huge and comfy. Location is amazing .

    The lighting of the room is really bad specially at night. The staff not so friendly. I booked the room for 3 people and the gut on reception refuse to provide us with extra bed , says its against hotel policy were all 5 start hotel provide you with the same The hotel has a nice outdoor setting but guess what ? if you order something to drink you will be asked to carry your drink/food by yourself cause they don’t do service out there.

    State of the Art and clean but the price not compatible it should be mush less .All in all comparing to Las Vegas Hotels

    Loved the interior design. Loved the coffee and apples in reception. Modern art, sculptures and interesting statement pieces everywhere. Staff were lovely and we got upgraded to a suite which was brilliant.

    Reception a little too low lit to acutely check paperwork in near dark! Stylish -yes! functional -no!

    Unreliable staff Too dark 4 out of 9 lights in room in function (fixed 3 myself) 2.5 hour check in time AFTER 15:00 (when check in begins) + unclear on when actual check in time will happen after multiple protests Pool opening times up to staff discretion (one day told pool service ends at 19:00 another day told pool service ends at 17:00) for a five star hotel that prides itself on a rooftop pool this is unacceptable Expensive (Espresso 7USD + 7USD charge to bring it to the room) No kettle in room After ordering a second glass of wine told by waiter in an "off-the-cuff" remark "oh having fun aren't we?" - not bad humour, but more for the pub then a Phillipe Starck hotel. All in all given the hotel and the status it implies, a very disappointing experience. Would strongly avoid.

    Amazing hotel, very beautiful design, large rooms and excellent staff. Valet service was very very fast. I will be definitely staying there every time I visit LA

    The beds are small and have a dangerous part where I hurt my head many times.The lights are terrible, we can,t make up well in the bathroom.

    The vibe and atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. The service is very good.

    The lighting in the room is dull if you want to apply makeup. Our room air conditioning wasn't working but the staff changed our room.

    The conceige service was below average. The cleaning average(had a burnt out light through out that no one changed) . The reception staff plea sent but their service bad

    A lot of things starting with how they handled the monetary up to our recommendation requests of where to dine. The whole experience was disappointing. Would never recommend the hotel to anyone to be honest
