location and value, bed was comfortable, afternoon treats was nice, breakfast was good and free water was a nice perk

room was not as clean as I wanted ( dust in corners) and it's time to upgrade furniture

good size of the leaving area I stayed in one bed room suite with two double beds very confortble for two couples (family) the kitchen is ful equip,w.dishes and pots & pans for 4 people .staff were very kind

Pool in a other building across a parking lot,smell of cigarette smoke in the room( a staff person came to block the vent in the bathroom ) one of the beds in the bedroom was very uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly and there was a nice breakfast, and rooms were quiet and clean. A great place to crash for the night and the rooms were priced right for the value of the stay.

The mix of the smoking and non-smoking rooms/floors didn't work. Although I couldn't smell smoke while in our rooms.

We had stayed at SmartSuites for the first time when our son got married in August 2009. We thought it was great then. We recently stayed to visit my son and his family and we couldn't possibly have asked for better accomodations. It was like being at home.

Size of room and well maintained hotel and kindness of staff members. This is our hotel now in Burlington

The people were very nice and accommodating. Also, the breakfast was different most mornings, and not just bread items. There were sausages, eggs, ham and fruit also.

That the pool was in another building.

Price and other reviews brought me in. We thought the room and staff were great. We will return.

No conditioner in shower.

The comfort of the room for the price was excellent. We loved having a kitchenette.

They kept the heat on way too high. The swimming pool is in a different building.

Traffic noise

Excellent value. Excellent, personable and flexible associates (Angie in particular). The breakfast adds much to the value of the stay as well. The room was clean and had everything I needed.

Even though the long term residents were in a basement wing all to themselves, the smell of smoke and other things? was so strong that I was not able to use the workout facility on the ground floor.

Myself and my husband loved the place; nice kitchen to prepare small meals. Large living area with sofa, the B’fast was very complete, breads bagels pastries yogurts apples, cane fruits. Over all we were very happy ..

..One small pan and one small frying pan is not enough

Staff warm, room spacious and comfortable, kitchen great to have. Breakfast was fine, there was some fruit, more would be good.

The cost and the service.

Spacious, inexpensive, comfortable and clean, reasonably well-equipped kitchen, large sofa.

Bedside lights couldn't be dimmed ...too bright for comfortable reading.

This was my second stay and the like the first time staff was friendly and the free breakfast was a huge plus.

Not much to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, maybe have some fruit available for breakfast.

The breakfast and the room were perfect.

Bed wasn't very comfortable. The pool that is advertised is actually in a different hotel that you have access too. That was not mentioned online.
