The location and the view were spectacular.
We stayed Columbus Day weekend and were charged double for the room and were not able to use all the facilities at the hotel.
Fantastically equipped kitchen Nice apartment Great for skiing
Rude and unhelpful staff Too many extras
Its a beautiful drive from Burlington VT
But in the fall there is not much to do there except hike.
Nice space and nice kitchen
The whirlpool tub was missing jets and it was mouldy and so were the tiles
Food under the bed, dirt between stove a fridge. First time I never left a tip for housekeeping, because they did such a bad job.
Very spacious/comfortable Great decor Kitchen space was very nice We loved the privacy of the living room deck TV excellent
The only complaint I would have is the shower head in bathroom. A larger one or rain shower type would be perfect Everything else A+ thanks!
My family enjoyed our stay - the guided outdoor activities such as the hikes, canoeing, etc are very nice experiences for the kids and the apartment was spacious and allowed them to relax more than a hotel room. Overall a very nice place !
The picture of the pool area is misleading ..it is not as expansive and is a combination of three different pools in different parts of the resort. The food was pricey, but there are other options if you don't mind driving a bit and the store has a good variety of items or you could just bring BBQ items.
Location was beautiful Lots to do at the resort for the kids Kids really enjoyed it - country fair was a favorite
Condo wasn't that nice for the amount of money - smelled musty and looked a little dated Towels not provided at swimming locations Arcade was small and dingy
The place we stayed in was spacious and comfy. The pool across the street saved us as the water slide was broken. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes you could want.
The water slide was broken, and the lap pool was way too shallow. On Memorial weekend all the pool areas should have been open. It would have been nice to have some hearty mugs in the kitchen for tea and coffee. The ones there are very small.
The family activities in the evenings kept the fun going on and on. The ully stocked kitchen meant we could have healthy, delicious, inexpensive breakfasts and lunches right in our efficiency. Our efficiency was an easy walk to all of the activities. The resort had great terrain for beginners. Nine year old daughter loved her all day ski camp. She is clamoring to return next year. Husband liked the snowshoe rentals and trails. It was quiet and relaxing outside. Not as much blaring rock/rap music and hollering from bars as at Whistler/Blackcomb. As a parent, I appreciated the more wholesome environment of Smuggs.
Parking near our building filled up quickly. Lifts are older, 2 person, slow lifts. Bathrooms in the base lodges could smell better.
The Fun Zone was just closed during the whole stay. We counted on it a lot when ordered a vacation and it was a big disappointment.
Was reasonable and suited our needs well.
Blind in our room was broken
