The attractive hotel is situated in beautiful countryside, the staff were very pleasant and helpful with suggestions on what to see in the area and where to eat. Breakfast and dinner were good with (over?)generous portions.
Our room in the Carriage House was quite dark.
Friendliness of staff
Lack of eating places in the area
You felt like family as soon as you stepped in the door. The Lodge was beautiful with several cozy places to sit. On top of that, the food was fantastic!
There were a lot of stairs to get to your room and you had to access it on a long walkway outside.
My husband and I enjoyed all that Snowvillage Inn offered. The rooms were beyond amazing and spotless clean. The staff are super friendly and quite helpful. We plan to make this an annual trip every year and go back to this wonderful inn.
Location very nice
Food indifferent with strange combinations. No selection at breakfast . Wi Fi did not work in coach oust.
Cleanliness, staff, grounds, views, restaurant.
In the Carriage House you can hear every move and utterance of every other guest in the building. The room was very small, and the mattress (full size) was uncomfortable. Guests were busy up to 2:00 a.m. and everyone who came in or went out of the building woke us up. Not to mention hearing what they were doing in their rooms.
Nestled in the white mountains with the most amazing views, friendliest staff, beautiful, cozy, and spotless rooms, Snowvillage Inn can not be beat! The restaurant dishes were delicious, presentation was superb, along with breathtaking mountain views!!! We were sad to leave but will definitely visit Snowvillage Inn very soon!!
Staff quickly learn each of their boarders needs and attend to them in the most amiable and caring way. It was easy to strike up a friendly conversation with any of the staff and they are collectively a wealth of knowledge about the area! Definitely would return.
Charming room Courteous staff Great breakfast, very generous
No wifi signal available in the Carriage House Outdated and cheap bathrooms Low ceiling height
Breakfast was superb. View is great. Bed was comfortable. Place was quiet.
Everything about the inn was lovely - there was a slight problem booking the room but the staff went out of their way to fix it and take care of us.The grounds are beautiful, the room and common areas were comfortable and pleasant, breakfast was excellent.
While the location is beautiful, it is not very close to conveniences and there is not much in the village of Eaton Center. And you might want some bug spray.
The inkeepers were very friendly and personable. They made us feel right at home. The area was secluded, yet only minutes from shopping. The fireplace in our room was wonderful!
It was on a big hill so returning to the inn when it's snowing might prove difficult. Luckily, the roads were clear when we were there.
Everything about this place! Friendly Staff, comfy room, delicious food. Couldn't ask for more.
The restaurant is fantastic! I would have liked to eat there both nights of my stay, but we had to attend a birthday party elsewhere.
We would have liked tissues in the room as my boyfriend had a cold. And it would have been nice to have a separate bar of soap for the sink and the shower.
Comfortable room with great views. Friendly staff and nice restaurant.
The Inn keepers and staff were outstanding, helpful and friendly. Morning breakfast, which was included , was much more than expected. It was very good and pleased our family. We needed help in the snow and we were assisted promptly, and put at ease to venture out because the inn keepers offered to come and get us if need be. Truly overextending themselves for our enjoyment. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. The Snow village Inn was a perfect setting, beautiful, quiet and close to everything such as shopping, skiing, sleigh rides, snow mobiles, and so much more. We simply wanted a peaceful country weekend and we found it at Snow Village Inn, just a short distance from North Conway attractions.
Since it had snowed, the driveway was a bit steep and we had some difficulty. If you have a 4wheel drive vehicle you should take it. Being up in the mountains you can expect snow in the winter.
everything was superb!!!
i've been to the snow village inn several times now. somebody would have to be a complete fool to not stay there when the prices are only slightly higher than most of the other hotels and inns near by in north conway. you are a short drive from everything and you couldn't be MORE relaxed with how comfortable the rooms are and how helpful and accomodating the staff is!!! do yourself a favor. be like me and make it your favorite place to kick back and relax. p.s. thimney rooms are worth the extra money when ralxing with a loved one with a glass of wine.
two things. it seems pricy... BUT everything up there is. but everytime i get there i am taking such good care of that it all seems worth it. just wish it was more like the cost of inns closer to me, then i would be able to visit them for a relaxing vacation even more. second thing... leaving. i always HATE leaving there!
very nice forest surrounding. very aesthetic. excellent meals. very trained, helpfull and friendly staff.
