Staff was extremely friendly and helpful; good breakfast; nice facility, very calm, but within walking distance to the Oceanfront and the beaches.

A little pricey for what you get.

Comfortable and cozy B&B. Great staff and helpful owner. Nice pool area and great location . 10 minute walk to south beach. Near great restaurants and all the night life of south beach.

Rooms were very small but adequate and clean and nicely decorated.

Nice staff, very good breakfast which is rare to find in the U.S. Free Parking pass was a big plus, too.

The location, it was perfectly situated for the beach or shopping areas, but still quiet and residential. The breakfast and hospitality of the staff. The cleanliness of the rooms, and the tropical escape design of the pool area.

Bathroom fixtures needs to be updated and fixed. And new ceiling fans(or cleaned off). LIGHTING on the stairs for the second building. It was very dark, leaving and coming back the room at night.

relatively quite pricy, small bathroom, old fashion squiky bed matress, thin walls , you have to hope for considering people next door to you!

Even though it was close to the action on South Beach, it was quiet. It felt like I was in a home away from home - a rare thing to find in South Beach! I'll definitely return!

Comfy bed. Good location about 3 blocks from main South Beach area.

a bit stark...bathroom was very very small...tv was a joke postage stamp size and volume went higher and lower while watching. pool was postage stamp also...

We had a lovely spacious room (No 3] with a huge, very comfortable bed. The atmosphere at SobeYou is relaxed and friendly and we found all staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts, different every day, were absolutely delicious, and much nicer than the usual self service continental breakfast available at most hotels.

Perhaps air conditioning in the bathroom would have been nice as it was sometimes a little warm in there.

Very nice rooms and location; a peaceful hotel in a very animated district, right in the center of Miami beach.

Get more available drinks in the pool garden.

This place was well positioned for all you want to do in Miami. The staff were friendly and helpful and the layout and decor was quirky, stylish and cosy.

My only complaint was the very noisy air con in the room. It was too hot not to have on, but so loud, sleep was almost impossible

Quiet location only 10 mins walk from the beach and 15 from Lincoln Road mall shopping area. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely, smelt very nicely of orange essence, and was just what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this quiet B and B. A nice retreat only about a 10 min walk from the beach- the best of all worlds. I loved the little pool in the courtyard with the palm trees and even saw a parrot in the trees. The staff was very helpful- all the restaurants recommended were wonderful. This B and B really made our stay a nice one. The breakfast was delicious and the place is very tastefully decorated.

SoBe You was the only accommodation in South Beach available for $250 per night or less when I made my reservation -- and I had to book it through booking.com since its website indicated no availability. Location was convenient yet quiet. Thais was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was quite good. Bed was very comfortable!

I expected more for $235 per night but didn't realize my husband and I were visiting South Beach during Urban weekend (Memorial Day) -- obviously the cause of the skyrocketing hotel prices in the area that weekend. Room was much smaller than what we are used to -- very difficult for my 6'3" husband to be comfortable in the petite bathroom and shower. And I like a cup of coffee immediately upon rising. I was told none was available until breakfast service began at 8:30. I would have been ok with that if there were a coffee maker in the bedroom. But since there wasn't, this would be a deal breaker for me in the future.

Boring breakfast... They will serve you some fresh fruit and fresh juice at your table. Then they will kindly serve you a warm dish...but if you do not like eggs it will be a huge problem!

It is very cute charming small place. Please be aware that the rooms are rather small, especially the bathroom, however everything is very well kept, clean and nicely designed. The bed is super comfortable. The stuff was very friednly, I haven'r met as friendly people in my previous travelling experience in hotel industry. Please be aaware also that this is not a hotel with all its services and amenities (there is nobody to carry your baggage to the room or a spa etc), nevertheless the stuff will help you with everything they can and you can walk to all attractions of South beach (literally everything is only 5-6 blocks away). Highly recommended.

Todo. A destacar la amabilidad y calidad de servicio del personal de recepcion. Hacen todo lo posible por ayudar en lo que necesitas. Habitacion muy confortable y tranquila. La situacion del hotel es muy buena. Permite ir andando a la playa y zona de compras pero sin el ruido de otras zonas. Ha sido perfecto.
