LeSpa at Sofitel boasts an outdoor pool, gym and a variety of face and body treatments. A business center, tour desk and on-site shops are also available. Simon LA Restaurant serves modern American cuisine. Guests may dine indoors or beside the gardens and firepit on the outdoor terrace. Stone Rose Lounge features signature cocktails and live entertainment. The Beverly Center Shopping Center is directly across from the Los Angeles Sofitel Hotel. The hotel is located in a great area close to a lot of "to-do" things. Shopping, great restaurants, etc. We were able to see the Hollywood sign from our balcony. Our suite was very comfortable and quite. It is an adult hotel great for a weekend getaway.

It is a clean and well-maintained hotel in a location that is quite convenient and feels safe. My flight got in at 7am and I arrived at the hotel just after 9am, hoping that they would at least let me freshen up somewhere. The really helpful receptionist allowed me to check in straight away without extra charges or a moment of hesitation "since there was a room available, why not", which was a very pleasant surprise. There was no problem what-so-ever during the rest of the stay - polite and helpful staff, a great bathroom and a very comfy bed. I would definitely recommend Sofitel if you are looking for accommodation in this part of la. Nothing

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bell men were also extremely helpful in weighing our very heavy bags (poor guys) aswell as helping us load and unload in shuttles. For me personally, the bed wasn't too comfortable neither were the pillows, but for my friend, the bed was fine. Other then that, the hotel was great.

Great service all your employees understand their mandate and are very responsive and have a great attitude No bathtub...a place to relax not there. Outside pool not attractive spa good but should not be accessable from corporate function room...too uncomfortable. Too many people playing on your 3 lobby computers could not get boarding pass printed. As an aside lobby is dark.... Attractive but dark...with mirrors and shiny surfaces almost scary to navigate.

Liked almost everything. Many attentions to details. For example, had a great Bose alarm clock. The hair dryer, the Iron were excellent. Room view was amazing & could see the Hollywood sign. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. The gym is great & the roof top pool & roof top ''Chill'' section were awesome.Very central to go visit la in style. Was a bit expensive but I think it was worth the experience.Parking is $$$. The are no bath tubs. I don't care for them but my wife was dissapointed.

The service was excellant. Very delightful maids, receptionists, bell hops, valet parking and concierge service. They even came into the room to help my barking dog and cared for her as if she was their own. Price of nightly stay should include a coffee pot in room or free coffee, a continental or full breakfast. Free internet service is not within reach. I was told that an airbed costs $50.00 extra a night????

Room was extremely comfortable. Service was graciou and staff always tried to be helpful.. Ambiance is very European.Simon restaurant had excellent breakfast. Because of proximity to Cedars Sinai there were sometimes late night ambulance sirensHigher floor is much better to reduce traffic noise.

I thought the hotel was very clean and had a great location..The Beverly Mall was across the street and many restaurants just blocks away. Very helpful staff especially the limo driver who took us for a tour of Long Beach and was extremely helpful!
