Sofitel Los Angeles  

ロサンゼルスは広いので、買い物がメインの私たちには立地がとてもよかったです。目の前にビバリーセンター- がありますし、ロデオドライブも近いし、ロバートソン通りへは歩いていける距離でした。また斜め前の２４時- 間のコンビニみたいな薬局もあるのでとても便利です。車寄せにはたくさんのドアマンが居て、早くてとても親- 切な対応でした。部屋はとてもきれいです。お風呂のアメニティーグッズがエルメスでした。

お風呂はとてもキレイなのですが、シャワーの使い方がとても複雑で、一つの蛇口をひねったら５箇所からシャ- ワーが出てきて、最初の冷たい水を一気にかぶってしまって困りました。夜になると一階のクラブみたいなとこ- ろが騒がしいですが、部屋の中は静かなのでまったく問題ありません。

スタッフがみんな親切でした。インターネットがつながらず、フロントに電話したところシステム担当者につな- がりましたが、込み入った英語がわからず困っていると日本語の通訳を介して丁寧に教えてくれました。また、- 途中で電話を切ってしまった時もかけなおしてきてくれました。 お部屋はとてもきれいで高級感がありました。価格も良かったので納得といった感じでした。レストラン予約も- コンシェルジュにお願いすればすぐに予約してもらえました。またソフィテルの滞在者ということが予約をより- やすくしているようにも感じました。セキュリティーについてもエレベーターにてキーカードをさして宿泊階の- ボタンを押してはじめてお部屋の階へたどり着けるなどきちんとしていました。 ベッドは沈み込む感じがとてもきもちよく良く眠れました。

ルームサービスでとった食事後の食器が廊下にあるのが気になりました。

The hotel is located in a great area close to a lot of "to-do" things. Shopping, great restaurants, etc. We were able to see the Hollywood sign from our balcony. Our suite was very comfortable and quite. It is an adult hotel great for a weekend getaway.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bell men were also extremely helpful in weighing our very heavy bags (poor guys) aswell as helping us load and unload in shuttles.

For me personally, the bed wasn't too comfortable neither were the pillows, but for my friend, the bed was fine. Other then that, the hotel was great.

No bathtub...a place to relax not there. Outside pool not attractive spa good but should not be accessable from corporate function room...too uncomfortable. Too many people playing on your 3 lobby computers could not get boarding pass printed. As an aside lobby is dark.... Attractive but dark...with mirrors and shiny surfaces almost scary to navigate.

Excelent Hotel, the location is one of the reason that I choose it, It is expensive but i like to stay in there.

No free parking, 32dlls per day

The service was excellant. Very delightful maids, receptionists, bell hops, valet parking and concierge service. They even came into the room to help my barking dog and cared for her as if she was their own.

Price of nightly stay should include a coffee pot in room or free coffee, a continental or full breakfast. Free internet service is not within reach. I was told that an airbed costs $50.00 extra a night????

Great hotel ,great location.

The AC didn't cool and it took them very long to fix it.

Helpful staff, comfortable room, well designed and interesting. Very convenient to shopping mall, just opposite. Good breakfast.

Staff friendly helpful and courteous. Rooms very large with wonderful bedding and exquisite bathroom and toiletries. Lots of tv channels to curl up with and great room service. Restaurant excellent quality. Overall a five star experience

It is a stylish hotel with comfortable rooms in a great location in Beverley Hills.
