The decor and scent of my room. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and accomodationg. I would not hesitate to book anohter room with you in the future. |

concierge was good and breakfast service in the restaurant was good. did not feel clean; lighting was poor; felt like a lower class Sofitel than the one in Montreal; would not return and was not good value for the money |
