concierge was good and breakfast service in the restaurant was good. did not feel clean; lighting was poor; felt like a lower class Sofitel than the one in Montreal; would not return and was not good value for the money |

The room was really comfortable and classy. I request some Q-tips for my room. The front desk told me they are out of Q-tip right now. C'mon now???? |
