Surprised by the size of the room. Loved the layout and design style of the room, too. Staff was extremely friendly, happy, and helpful. I would definitely recommend or stay again. Valet was great, but parking was a bit expensive. The hallway was a bit trippy when returning late night. Funny, an older couple mentioned the same thing, that they guessed it would be (and I confirmed it for them).

Close to everything, we had a beautiful suite, extra large rooms. Stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful. We had a most enjoyable stay. Thank you. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Lovely hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bath with tub and shower. Good location in central Philly. Great place to stay! $40 parking charge and $11 for Internet. Unnecessary to nickel and dime you.

The staff was impeccably attentive! From the second we exited the cab until we checked out - excellent. The hotel was clean and very conveniently located. I read other reviews about how comfy the bed was...this would be my only disappointment. The rooms have double beds (older matttresses) and have a mattress pad on top of it...which slides all over the bed at night. The beds also did not have top sheets which left the duvet as the only option to cover up with.

Les chambres , même standard , sont très confortables et spacieuses et le lit fabuleux. Grande salle de bain avec douche et baignoire et produits l'occitane renouvelés tous les jours. Le lounge pour le lunch ou l'apéritif est très beau avec une belle cheminée moderne et une ravissante décoration. J'ai moins aimé le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas un buffet mais seulement une sélection de formules ( continental ou pancakes par exemple ) et n'est pas très varié ni copieux par rapport au prix de 20 dollars par personne. Nous pensions qu'il y avait un spa mais nous ne l'avons pas trouvé. Attention à bien lire le mail de confirmation de la réservation car venant pour la première fois aux états unis , nous n'avions pas vu qu'il fallait rajouter 15% de taxe au prix fixé par booking.com pour notre séjour.

la qualité du service ( femme de chambre, technicien ) : excellente le transfert de l'hôtel à la gare ferroviaire nous a été gracieusement proposé : excellent point le flexible de la douche de baignoire n'avait pas été vérifié et fuyait en tous sens : mauvais point la réactivité du personnel a réparé l'incident a été immédiate : excellent point
