Everything about this hotel, especially the great location and convenience in Center City. Excellent for shopping. No coffee machine in the room. |

concierge was good and breakfast service in the restaurant was good. did not feel clean; lighting was poor; felt like a lower class Sofitel than the one in Montreal; would not return and was not good value for the money |
