The awesome bed and great water location. Great for exercise!
Luxury hotel at a price that doesn't break the bank.
BAthroom floor was "sticky" the first day I checked in, very offputting.
Nice location, excellent food.
Area is a bit isolated and too quiet. Food wasn't great, but above average for US. Front desk was disorganized.
Extremely clean and comfortable rooms, and the area is very quiet
$20 dollars for parking in a garage.... which was located outside next to the hotel that doesn't connect. You have to swipe your room card to get in and get out....We had already checked out and as we were walking to the garage, we didn't have our room card anymore to get out....so we had to wait a bit in order to get out...so that was a little odd...
Very nice and swanky
I just don't like the location very much. It's pretty outside of any downtown area buy if you're looking for peace and rest, great location
This hotel is great with great view of the lagoon. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.
This was a nice hotel, but not what I expected of a 4 star hotel. Closer to 3 stars.
The service at breakfast was suspect. Indifferent servers coupled with cold food in what was a generally quiet dining room was disappointing. I would have opted out of their breakfast-included package had I known in advance.
PROS: - cleanliness and comfort - quality of facility - lounge is open for service until midnight
The place was beautiful but far away from San Francisco Requirement of a car Restaurant service slow Free internet poor!
Transferservice Airport Room very confortable Room Service - quick
Everything about Sofitel was enjoyable but the room was the best and the bed is to die for.
I booked the hotel for mountain view but i did not received a proper room. The room which i received doesn't even had a Logan view. I believe this is because i booked it via booking.com.
The location is somewhat isolated .. It's in the middle of an industrial park .
The hotel is pretty and the staff was friendly and efficient . Checkout was a breeze as they placed the receipt on my door .
this property is beautiful, comfortable and the staff is amazing. Unfortunately I came in late after a 22 hour flight from Asia and had to catch the shuttle first thing in the morning to fly back home to Boise. Wish I could stay longer!
Room was tired - marks on walls, sloppy grout fixes, located in middle of nowhere, parking garage filthy, no business center
Market in lobby, quality of room service food good
Staff a bit less. Motivated and not always client orientated, should participate at a workshop what friendliness and service really does mean! Pickup fro. Airport takes ages and again, lady at phone was rude! Beds too bard!
The facility, lick of airport takes ages
The woman at check-in was rude, she claimed not to have the size room we reserved, but after she hemmed and hawed, appeared she did have the room . . . Room service the first morning was awful and the staff on the phone were less than professional, we got breakfast 45 mins late (despite three calls to room service) and it was delivered as we were walking out the door. We later pointed this out to the manager and our uneaten breakfast was taken off the bill and the next morning it arrived on time.
Stayed for nearby volleyball tournament, room was comfortable, spacious, food was very good (both room service and the shop on the ground level with bakery), amenities were very nice (loved the smell of the lotion/shampoo), we did not use the gym or pool, but both looked very nice, would stay here again.
Nothing to complain about at all. This hotel supports Sofitel's excellent reputation completely.
Fabulously courteous staff; unbelievable feather bed; excellent restaurant; one of our favorite hotels.
No free wifi
Hotel close to airport and friends
Small touches made it special.
Keys had to be redone twice because we had booked 2 separate nights.
Location , quality of hotel and nice staff!
Staff is polite but dry. Breakfast takes a LONG time to deliver even in the restaurant, it is expensive and the staff kept getting it wrong (toast + tea) they rectified politely and eventually got it right tho. Also, welcome is dry, I have stayed many times and unlike other hotels they don't pull up my record and welcome me back. I felt like I was in a clean factory.
Location is convenient and good.
When I arrived there I was going to have to pay for parking in a garage but the desk clerk recinded that for my four day stay. I was thankful for that.
All the employees were very pleasant and willing to be of service.
Having to pay for decent WiFi? Tres passe.
paper cups in a 350 a night room? no top sheet on the bed terrible service at breakfast room no one seemed to be focused on ensuring a quality experience
room front desk - Matt
