Very cool, excellent knowledgable concierge, fab location, comfy king size bed. Breakfast not as good as some local diners. Wouldn't bother booking bed and breakfast. Tables too close together.

loved the decor and ambience of the lobby/bar area. just beautiful at night. very impressive. the door staff friendly and the desk staff were very helpful and informative. the air conditioning in our room didnt work so we had two uncomfortable nights sleep.

Unique atmosphere Friendly and helpful staff Eminent location Nice lobby and lobbybar. Good choices of whiskey. Good music with good sound. The bar makes you happy. Very good view to world trade center from hotelroom. The room was a bit small. It was expensive

This is our 3 rd or 4 th year and we mostly prefer the hotel because of its location. Also it has a happening night life not only for the hotel customers but for others also. For the first time we had a cockroach in the room which is may be normal for NY but very disgusting for us. It shouldnt be in this hotel.

Hotel location in Soho is great. Staff are friendly, but not too informative of hotel facilities (hotel view from roof). Shower and bed was great! The price is high! 400 USD without breakfast included is poor, and expect this when this price. In addition is 15% tax and city tax. Not to mention tipping of staff for cleaning the hotelroom...

I loved the hotel design and decor. It gives a beautiful first impression when you walk in the front door. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable, so good I wanted to stay in bed each morning. Also loved the view from the window of my room. I was on 9th floor with a busy intersection below, and could hear cab drivers honking all night. (I know this is not the hotel's fault -- it's just New York). Luckily, I had brought ear plugs with me!

Loved the location and the design of the hotel. Very cool and very botique. Unexpected tax amount on bill. Expect tax in the us however not on a booking.com bill. In fact, I am very unhappy about this.

*Staff very friendly *hotel is well located in tribeca *Free internet The air conditioning was very noisy. The room, and it was a deluxe one, was smallish. Also, there was a large bottle of water on the minibar with no indication that it cost money....They tried to charge me $10 for it when I left. To be fair, after I queried it they removed the charge from my account.

Location Room had minimal space for unpacking. Bed was unusually high - I have extreme arthritis and it was very difficult to get up and onto the bed. My companion who does not have health issues fell out of bed on s way to washroom during the night as he forgot how high up the bed was. I also found the food pretentious and health issue UNfriendly.

Interior design is really good. So is the location. Though one night in the room costed $300 including all taxes, they blocked $450 "just in case". I don't think that was necessary. It usually takes russian banks 6 weeks to unblock your money after that.

Good location, very good food , comfortable beds , reasonable size of rooms. Nearby shopping in soho and restaurants in Chinatown.Check www. Site of the hotel and comments of local people. Dark interior of rooms and hotel as itself, however this " darkness" design I found regular in nyc boutique hotels in this category. As longest we don' t stay longer, it doesn't affect our mood.
