Soho Grand Hotel

Su ubicacion es estupenda si vas en plan de salir por la noche, ambientazo total. La entrada en el hotel y su cafeteria estan fenomenal. Soho es una de las zonas con mas aafluencia de gente, al lado de tiendas increíbles de todo tipo y estilos. Al lado dl barrio chino tb con mucho ambiente y a dos calles de broadway, una de las calles con mas ambiente de NY. Muchos restaurantes para elegir por la zona y cafeteterías. El staff del hotel encantador y muy pendiente. Lo mejor del hotel es lo que lo rodea, una pasada. Si vas en plan tranquilo el finde hay un poco de ruido en la calle.

Las habitaciones y el baño son excesivamente pequeñas, muy chulas pero enanas, casi no hay sitio para abrir las maletas. El desayuno es muy pobre y excesivamente caro, merece la pena salir a desayunar a una de las cafeterias del soho. Mucho ruido por la noche y en realidad muy caro para lo que es, pagas fundamentalmente que van muchos famosos y estás ahora mismo de moda en NY pero hay sitios mejores por la zona!!!!

La Limpieza no era optima para la relacion calidad precio, No te avisan que te bloquean + importe del total en la tarjeta el primer dia y no te dejan pagar hasta el check-out. Con lo qual te limita el importe disponible en tu tarjeta, Me parece fatal

las habitaciones las equipan muy escasamente (jabon; cahampoo etc)

Está bien situado, y tiene un ambiente agradable.La chica que hablaba castellano era amable e intentaba lidiar la situación lo mejor posible

Después de tener confirmada la reserva, llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que la primera noche la pasariamos en otro porque nuestra habitación se la habian dado a otra persona . Nos montaron en un taxi hasta el otro hotel y nos dijeron que nos lo compensarían con los desayunos.

Excellent location, good service.

A little bit noisy, very thin windows and traffic from the street disturbed occasionally. Heating maschine was also very noisy.

room was small but perfectly formed

many things. 1) the tipping culture meant that the hotel staff more intent on getting people from the hotel into the taxi thus securing a tip. Ignored the arrival of new people even though we had essentially delivered the taxi to the doorstep. 2) they take an imprint of the card when you arrive and authorise it later, this meant that we were recalled to the front desk as thier policy had triggered security measures and their preauthorisarion was rejected, their policy works against credit card policy especially when we are visiting US from UK 3) the electronic keys to the room failed after two nights (we were staying for 4 nights). The front desk response was to assume that we had extended our stay, rather than some failing on their part.

Fantastic service, beautiful industrial design, great cocktails -- really just an excellent place to soak in the city's great vibe.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel's location was great and convenient for all our purposes and it's architecture is awesome! The staff was very friendly, professional and very accommodating . Great hotel and we would highly recommend another stay !

The staff was very attentive and friendly, the rooms quiet, you couldn't hear the street.

The courtyard lounge area was too small. We wanted to sit outside and have a cocktail and it was full mid day

The staff was professional and responsive. Rooms clean and fresh, and the location overall was well maintained

We loved the design of the hotel - the exposed brick, the lofty feel, etc.. The location could not be beat. Would definitely recommend to others as well as stay time and time again
