Location location nice stuff the hotel decor starts to get a bit tired but in general comfortable
My safe did not work they had to change it
location for soho
I loved the bed, bathroom and location. The doormen were impeccable service minded and always helpful and cheerful. Room service was quick and great. Bed linen and towels super soft and comfortable!
I didn't like the service at the breakfast - the poured coffee in my tea, took for ever to seat us and include a 20% service fee automatically to all prices. Also they had failed to inform me of the $150 per day reservation on top of the price for the room. And when I glanced behind the mirror in the room there was a lot of dust there. So much that my companion had to take allergy pills when she was in the room.
Friendly Staff and excellent location and the bathroom was clean
Friendly staff. The Grand Bar and the Club room are a plus. The chef is from Paris and studied under Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
Fantastic location, 24 hour room service, bar that has a great vibe until late night, polite and friendly staff, lots of storage space in closets etc for clothes. Above all, incredible value for money.
The people restocking the mini-bar would knock on the door occasionally despite do not disturb sign showing, which was a little odd, but in the course of a two week stay this only occurred twice and doesn't take away from the overall stay.
Great location, friendly staff
Great location. Nice to have valet parking and car taken care of.
The bathroom was freezing and not the cleanest. No heat in there and I think a tiny room for that price should at least have a Keureg in the room. Unfortunately I got sick and when I called in the morning for a pot of hot water which was going to take 45 minutes to be delivered. We finally found some down the hallway.
Great doormen, all helpful and always pleasant. Excellent food and food service.
Asked 3 times for a missing room service menu, never got one. Saw roaches in coffee room. 8th flr
Lounge was great for relaxing in the evening
Bathrooms need a little updating
The Staff was wonderful! Wes was so nice very helpful loved our stay!
Rooms a little small but no big deal just like all NYC rooms
the staff were not very helpful
Location couldn't be better and some of the staff were really lovely.
Arrived and was offered an upgrade by the man at reception, then the manager came over and whispered something to his ear and somehow I didn't have an upgrade anymore. The room looks outdated and very brown. The bathtub is closed by cloth curtains like I used to have on my dorm room in college 10 years ago. Compared to the design of the lobby, the room design is overall very disappointing.
The staff, the room and the rate ! It was my first time although I ha e always wanted to stay at this hotel ..
I hope I can afford to stay in this hotel again as I travel to NY a few times a year and usually stay at the sherston tribeca
Location Concierge very helpful Doormen very friendly Comfortable bed
Bellman unresponsive-had to wait a long time for my bags despite many calls to front desk asking for my bags.
Rooms are very small with 1 small hardback chair. That is my only negative, the rest was great!
This hotel is cool. The staff are super friendly, the location is great and the rooms are well appointed if not a little small. I loved the juices available to my room at 6am before work and the Bluetooth speaker.
Really? Nothing... As I said the rooms are quite small but it is the city and so you kind of expect that

Location, restaurant and bar
Hotel is very dark inside in terms of lighting! Customer service was not 10 out of 10. I would give it an 8 out of 10 as we were woken up on our last morning at 7am with room service that was meant for another room. There were a few other minor issues but all in all, not enough to put me off booking at this hotel again.
Good location and great looking common areas. Great lounge area with fireplace to hang in. Friendly, helpful doormen.
Very small rooms. The radiator/heater was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep.
Comfortable, well designed rooms and especially the bed. Wifi worked well.
I didn't like they charged us double to stay for New Years Eve but had an event on that meant that the bar, reception area were off limits. I booked several months beforehand and had my husband had asked if there were any events on in hotel as we wouldhave attended but was told no!!! They did put free drinks on for a couple of hours in the basement but this was not comfortable as limited sitting area.
Attitude of some staff. Sycophants.
The location is superb and the hotel is very tastefully done. Just a super place.
The rooms aren't super spacious, but still ok.
Staff are so cool and very helpful. Loved the vibe and the location
Quite low living, makes the menus in the bar hard to read.
