loistava sijainti alueella jossa paljon ravitoloita ja hyvät ostosmahdollisuudet ja kulkuyhteydet sekä saaren eteläpäähän että keskustaan. hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. rauhallinen huone sisäpihan puolella jos naapurihuoneessa tupakoitiin, tuli savua ilmastoinnin kautta sisaan. |

Hyvä sijainti lähellä kulkuyhteyksiä, ystävällinen palvelu, huoneet ihan siistit, mutta todella pienet, siivoojat vaihtoivat pyyhkeet jopa 2 kertaa päivässä Huone 4 kerroksessa eikä hissiä, paloasema vieressä -> melut (piipaat) kuului selkeästi huoneeseen myös yöllä |

Sijainti oli hyvä, huoneen tiiliseinä tunnelmallise ja kattoikkuna oli neljännen kerroksen huoneen iloinen yllätys. Pehmeä sänky ja tilaa kahdelle matkalaukulle. Lisäksi vieressä kaksi metroasemaa ja Sohon raflat. Hinnoittelu oli harhaanjohtavaa. Hotellin nettisivujen hinnastossa luvattiin, että verot sisältyvät ilmoitettuihin hintoihin. Paikan päällä lasku paljastui kuitenkin parisataa euroa korkeammaksi - verojen takia. Lisäksi hotellin henkilökunta voisi vielä parantaa palveluaan tervehtimällä sisääntulevia asiakkaita. |

not much my room was noisy from a bar below. i was then moved to a room with no sheets on the bed. exhauted i just fell aseep. |

Good area to stay in, although you are never far from a noisey road in NY this one wasn't too bad. Family Room was spacious and comfortable. Do not go here if you can't do stairs, no lift and quite a few stairs. Would have been useful if the hotel had some brochures on things to do/see and some local maps - we got lost until we found a map. |

Excellent location in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of shops and bars. The power of the water in the shower was very low and you need to take your earplugs with you, but that is NYC |

Clean room; nice bed; small, but adequate bathroom; nice big TV and great location My room was next to the lobby, where several staff members or guests arrived at 6 AM and shouted and laughed for at least 20 minutes and I could not go back to sleep. No phone in the room. I would tell everyone to ask for room away from Lobby and street. |

The location was great. Beds very comfortable. Good to have coffee available in the mornings. Outside our room the street was a bit noisy in the early hours of the morning. |

A clean, modern hotel in a reasonable location at a reasonable price Our room was over a late night bar and so there was a lot of noise in the room. |

It was a boutique style hotel within 5 blocks of the main soho area shopping. The staff treated us very well. I had to leave one night early and the refunded the complete amount without hassle. |

The location was great. Front desk staff was helpful. We found 2 bed bugs in the room. Had a hard time sleeping due to extremely loud street noise. Hot water was actually turned off and it took a while to figure out why there was no hot water. All power was turned off daily in the room. |

nice room, good bed and location of the hotel was great. noisy guests during the night, in the corridors and they continued for a while to shout through the corridors without bieng asked to keep the niose down...... hotel staff should have delt with them. |
