The small room.
The staff here are very friendly and accommodating, especially Junior. I enjoy my stays there, and the value is great.
The staff was quite pleasant.
There is no refridgerator nor microwave in room. The noise at night was herendous.
I enjoyed the bathroom that was the best part about the room.
The beds were so cheap. In the middle of our Sleep the bed fell so we had to fix it and did not get to go back to Sleep. Btw the bed frame is wood. The room was really small for 5 people.
Nice hotel and bathroom, good position and very kind staff:)
The room was really too small!!! So small for two people.
The location was good for shopping and connection with subway.
We hade a pipe that made noise all night long, I had to sleep with earplugs on to be able to sleep. And the staff wasn't nice or helpful once, probably the most pompous staff I've ever met, even when they accidently charge me double for the hotel.
The staff were the best at this hotel.
I didn't like that they didn't include instructions on how to use the shower as it had a funky method of working.
Stuffs are very friendly
Small room, doesn't block any noise
Everything was great!
Room was cold ,street noise
its a nice and historic place to stay in New York - very good to reach - in close neighborhood to Little Italy and Chinatown
Price was good and staff very friendly and helpful. Decor and atmosphere was really good.
Its in a busy part of Soho and the noise levels from the street were high. We stayed in room 205 which is pretty much 1 floor above the rat race.
Excellent staff, great location - minutes to Chinatown & Little Italy. Adorable, quaint hotel w/ eclectic furniture & bright colors (loved).
Not a thing!
That they had 3 beds in one room and it was 3of us and we slept comfortably!!
They could of had continental breakfast but that wasn't a big deal!
I liked that every staff member greeted you daily, and were very attentive and helpful. The Hotel is in a very good location and has great transport links. There are lots of eateries and main shops in walking distance very nearby. I would stay at SoHotel again, it's okay for a few nights, although I'd probably go with a slightly bigger room if I were to be staying longer. The staff recommended good local leisure activities, tours and places to buy electrical items that I needed.
There's a really old and noisy heating system in room 341 which would've kept me up at night, however once I mentioned this, the staff very efficiently moved me and issued new room keys on my return from a night out...
The position. It's vertici close to grand street subway and bisettrici line. Vero close to' soho.
No breakfast included into The Price. I found The Price too High vs what offered
Location, location, location.
Room 406 is barely larger than the bed, its heater and pipes are very noisy (you will need ear plugs)
Hot water in the shower.
We found the staff to be really helpful, specially your doorman. He was so friendly and the best weather man ever.
We were not too keen on the neighbourhood, but our 19 year old son wanted us to stay there
Good location Good service Free wifi Clean
Noise from the street Limited hot water Pillow too soft Limited room space after putting luggage
Small rooms.Inconsistent hot water temperature.Windows are not sound proofed.Expensive for a hotel like this.
Problems with hot water on two occasions.
