Very central, safe location. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were nicely renovated. For the price, the amenities were lacking. The trash was not fully emptied and the coffee maker hasn't been maintained. They could have made the customer experience more stand out.

The hotel had a wonderful staff and the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. Water pressure was the best I've ever had. Tremendous noise from construction had jackhammers waking us up every morning at 7am. The rooms were rather small too.

Awesome bedding! Location was very convenient. I had two double beds, and while traveling with my daughters, they shared one, just like when we stay at hotels/motels on road trips. Some NY hotels don't allow that situation for some reason. This made the trip possible and reasonable. AC/Heat always seemed to blow cool air. I had to tell the security guard I was checking out - no desk staff was there, it was Saturday at 7:15ish. It's always nice to have juice or something offered, complimentary, in the morning. Coffee maker and coffee packets were lame. As a Designer - your sign is functional, but is aesthetically not in line with the hotel. That said, I did see it even with the construction out front.

great location. rooms were small, but very comfortable with good linens etc. Free internet public areas are very worn. when you walk in ...you go...Oh NO! But the rooms are very nice

I thought it was very nice and comfortable, however, very hard to find as there was construction directly in front of the hotel. When we asked for a breakfast place were sent far from hotel, and ended up finding a nice diner directly across the street with great prices, I was nervous about Canal street subway but it was safe, my concern would be better directions and signs to show where , other then that, a great hotel, small, but clean Better directions directly to hotel and Also some signs designating where perhaps a small map from subway to locate the hotel better,

Easy access to subway; SOHO shopping; China town and Little Italy. Hospitable staff Room was TINY for four people; basically no lobby area.

The staff was friendly and always helpful . It was great having a place to buy breakfast across the street and a wonderful bistro next door . There is nothing that the hotel can do about this but the construction outside was noisy and woke us up in the morning .

Convenient location at a good price. Staff friendly. The hotel was not clean. Coffee maker did not work in my room and staff indicated there was nothing they could do about it after three requests. Surprised that the hotel was not very clean.

Location was easy for subway access. Shower was nice and strong. Room was very small for 4 people. Decoration was a little tired and shabby. NOISE - We stayed on the 12th floor but it was still incredibly noisy. We could hear people on the street, the numerous sirens and car horns at 3am, the constant rattle of subway trains, construction work from around 6.30am, the noise of the lifts.
