Close to subway, great little Landmark diner across the street. Quiet, FABULOUS STAFF: Anna, Gary and Amanda. Great showers, amazing beds, we slept so well.
It was small, but hey... It's NYC!
Staff was helpful. Convenient to parking and subway. Convenient to Chinatown/Little Italy Reasonably quiet. Reasonably priced.
Small room. Cramped corridors. Very basic. Utilitarian furnishings
Everything!!! The hotel was small but comfortable clean and the staff were so helpful. Location was excellent I would defiantly stay here again.
design of hotel and helpfulness of employees
the noise level until 3:00am in the morning was totally unacceptable. I called the operator at about 2 am and was told that Friday and Saturdays are very noisy because of two clubs. That isn't good enough for me. I would not consider staying at the hotel on Friday or Saturday.
Very nice room, a terrific bed a bath room. Nice and quiet enough for good nights sleep. The best stuff though were the view through to One World Trade Center and Financial District. Ask for a room on the back side.
Could've been cheaper for such a small room. Staff was friendly. Clean room.
Room appeared to be larger in picture.
A tidy, quiet, and inexpensive option, in a fantastic location just steps from some of the best retail on the planet.
Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfy bed. Fantastic shower, lots of hot water. Quiet room. Loved it!
Not much not to like. Room on the small side with no view, but it was quiet.
Good location, very new hotel, excelent staff, feels Like home. Good prices, very clean with a good ar conditioned (heat and cold).
Small room, no refrigerador, no breakfast, TV only 6 channels non HD. Room service very expensive( 6$ Coke)
Well located in SOHO.
No real amenities on site, but restaurants all around you. Parking down the street was fine and there is on street Sat-Sunday. Don't park in bike lane in front of hotel for drop off. And try to get a rear room. THe market trucks come down the street pretty early.
location staff calm all there reasonable price
Excellent location with tons of options for dining and shopping. Canal street subway one block away. Friendly staff. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Love the neighbourhood feel of this location. Diner across the street offers quick breakfast options or bagel cafe a few doors east. 24 hour drugstore couple blocks north. Everything you could need is around the corner. China town, soho, little Italy, walk to the village. Hotel is no frills but the location can't be beat - take a chance and get out of midtown to really experience NYC.
Beds Location Shower Staff
Co operative staff and mgrs
Comfortable bed, great locational, really nice staff - sensational price!
Room was tiny - two suitcases and two people was a tight squeeze.
it was too expensive for weekend value for money is ok for mid-week.
Location is great. Close to Soho. Bedding was comfortable.
For the money we paid; we expected bigger room; more facilities; cleaner room etc. For example; shampoo at the shower was in 1lt container. For a 3 star hotel; value we get should have much better. Another words; if this hotel was 120 bucks; I would have said great value.
good location, between soho and little italy. Near the subway, you can go quickly everywhere in Manhattan. Wifi it's ok.
No breakfast available, very small room, very small beds, not good cleaning service. You have to pay when you check in. And most of all, it's impossible to sleep because of subway vibrations, traffic and works in the road all the night.
Location, clean, comfortable beds, nicely styled bathroom, rates. We will return.
Rooms are small so probably not appropriate if you plan to spend a lot of time in room.
The Bed Matress.
-The rooms so small can hardly move. -Constant car Street Noise -No shaded curtains. -Elevator noise (weak maintence) -Booked 5 nights, checked our next day for not being comfortable yet they charged me for extra day. -Staff were not flexible -Very expensive does not worth it.
Location is very convenient to my work
Construction that rattled the room started before 7am. I don't know how solita "sleeps at night" charging what they charge for the tiniest/loudest room in nyc.
Everything was Perfect
Great location Nice room/bathroom etc Friendly and helpful staff Regular housekeeping
Nothing to note...
LOT OF NOISE FOR SUBWAY TRAIN PASSAGES EVEN FROM TWELFTH FLOOR
The location of the hotel is perfect to explore such areas as Brooklyn, Soho, The Village and down town. Meter was 2 blocks away which is excellent for all major New York attractions
Rooms were rather small but fine cause you shouldn't spend much time in rooms while you are visiting New York City :)
