Bed Balcony Mountain air!!!
I really enjoyed the hot tub and plung pool. The fact that it was on the 3rd floor made ot extra special.
The plung and hot tub only stayed open until 10:00 pm.
Warm and cosy ambience sufficient power points in room good comfortable bed for sound sleep
Insufficient crockery e.g. bowls, glass or cups for 6 persons Wifi connection is not so brilliant.
The facilities were very nice, The roof top with the hot tubs was very nice and the view of the hills as the foliage changed was very pretty
The one clerk could have been more help with finding local places to eat, but she was likely a new temporary employee
The value was great, this is a very nice property with an attentive staff. Just the place we needed to relax after a week in the national parks. Nice to have garage parking, even if swipe card was problematic.
Heating and AC noisy, as was the dishwasher. Ice maker was broken. Pool was not available, it was drained.
Had a small studio. Front desk upgraded us to a larger studio. And since it was our 24 th wedding anniversary they did this a no charge.
Housekeeping was a bit neglectful. We had to ask to have our towels changed and waste taken out. And this did happen three days.
Great location for mountain biking at the Canyons, close to Main Street for shopping. Very nice room with gas fireplace, small washer and dryer, and nice bathroom.
Lots of loud children at swimming pool. Building's air conditioner was below our room and loud when the balcony door was open.
We enjoyed the plaza out side sundial, you had options of restaurants, bars, and activities for all ages. All the available activities where we'll priced, I didn't feel like it was to expensive. Plan ahead as some of the activities like zip lining fill up fast and expect to be out all day and enjoy. The room was spacious it was comfortable, enjoyed the heated floors.
Wifi wasn't that great, but we had two laptops, ipad, and three phones, plus wasn't in the room that much, room did have this sour smell to it.
no new snow
Location,Parking, Ski Concierge, Hot Tub
Position of accommodation, close to lifts.Underground garage good.
Lack of cleanliness. We were staying for 6 nights and the bed linen was not changed once. Lack of attention to detail. Not a full quota of kitchen equipment i.e cutlery. Little storage space especially for a skiing vacation
As skiiers, the facility was amazing-perfect. The lift/ticket booth was yards from where we stored our skiis. The restaurants, shops, etc. were well-run, friendly staff, everyone seemed happy and customer service oriented. The room was AMAZING~one of the end units with windows everywhere!! Lovely!
From the web site, it was very difficult to figure out the size of the beds. Even after calling the venue, no one was able to tell me exactly what size the beds were. I almost did not book there due to the confusion about the sleeping arrangements. A group of 4 adults would not fit in a queen bed and full pull-out couch. It just so happened that this room had 2 pull-out couches, which turned out to be perfect.
The room was excellent. It was large, roomy and came with all of the amenities. Extremely close to mountain.
Had a great deal of difficulty regulating the heat. We requested assistance, but nothing was done. We slept with the windows slightly ajar
Ski in, ski out location. View. Kitchen in condo. Rooms were nice.
Facility was understaffed. There were dirty dishes in cupboards. Had to go to lobby to get bath soap and blankets for sofa bed. DVD did not work. and maintenance man had to program remote control for us.
The room was very nice and a great value for the price
Very nice property. Great location.
Bed was a little small for such a large unit.
Great on all points
The location and scenery was beautiful. The whirlpool tub was fantastic.
The furniture was a little outdated and there was nothing to clean the tub with for numerous people to take a bath.
After, we discovered our first room was a problem the staff did a wonderful job of accommodating us in a much better place and we had no major problems after that. Our second room was roomy, quite clean, and perfect for our family of 5.
Bedding had not been changed before we arrived. There were obvious marks on the sheets where someone had slept prior to our family arriving. There were very obvious human fluids on the comforter, blood stains on all 8 of the pillow cases in the room, and lots of obvious sticky residue left on the table and sink in the kitchen. The front desk manager came and saw it himself and was notably shocked by the things he saw. When we pulled out the Sofa-bed, there was a handful of cereal below the cushions. Unfortunately, since we arrived at the room quite late, we had to sleep in the room for our first night anyway. When we asked them to bring us clean sheets, so we could change our bed, they told us they would be there in 25-30 minutes. 40 minutes later, when no one had knocked on the door, and after I had returned to the room 30 minutes after our phone conversation, I decided to go looking for the person who was supposed to bring our clean bedding. When I opened the door, our "clean" bedding was lying on the floor, outside our door. We were expected to put our heads on the same linens that had been on the floor where people put there feet after walking in, on, and through, who-knows-what.
It was in a nice location.
When the 8 of us arrived and found sleeping arrangements for 6 we were told that we could fit 3 of us on the King size bed and one on the floor. We weren't offered a roll-away until we called the agent to complain and when we threatened to move. Also, the parking was frustrating
